Efficient, friendly and very clean carpets
The technician was very polite and explained everything well. He worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied with the results. The only thing I didn't love was that the carpet ends up crunchy. Maybe that is just the way carpet cleaning leaves carpets, I don't have that much experience with it. I would recommend Zerorez with that comment attached.
