The technician was friendly and knowledgeable about your products and services. He did such a great job! He told me what he was doing as he did it and why it worked. My carpets look so amazingly good! They were REALLY dirty and they look almost like new. I've lived in this house for 24 years and have only had them cleaned once. That experience was not that great. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone!

Product... Really like the fact that you do not use heavy perfumes. Like the idea of steralized water. Have not had your service before. So far as it has dried it looks good. I see no spots left so far. Have not had time yet to vacuum and put everything back.

A cleaning solution pretreatment removed many spots that I hadn't been able to remove prior to the cleaning. All areas were also finished and sprayed with Scotchguard. The gentleman who cleaned some areas of a sofa and my carpets was very professional and quick.. My carpets have never been so clean!
