Our carpets looked and felt really clean and soft. The gentleman that performed the cleaning was pleasant and efficient. We are satisfied with the results.

Everything was great
I'd prefer an option that included help with moving furniture and vacuuming. Also, when I scheduled I was only allowed to select one day online. When I talked with a rep on the phone that wasn't resolved. Also, I was hoping for afternoon and got first thing in the morning.

We noticed after the technician left that there were a few damaged corners in our home. These weren't damaged before and were specifically affected near the base where the hose would have been. It would be nice if they can remember to use the corner protectors every time they have to drag a hose.
