The previous owners of my house had dogs. The house has been cleaned by Zerorez twice in the last 3 months and still smells like we dog and carpet. The deodorizer that Zerorez uses left absolutely no pleasant smell at all. Nor did the protectant that we paid extra for. I am disappointed that my house was left with a wet smell, and it has been several days since it was cleaned. Z really needs to use something that makes the house sell good, even if it is a light smell.

This was the first time out of several that we have utilized your services that I would not sing praises to your company. Our carpets were left with more moisture in them than usual. It had taken over 48 hours to dry. Also, high traffic stains were not taken care of as nicely as they have been in the past. Overall, They didn't look as clean as they have been in the past. My husband said the technician was in a hurry to have them completed under 30 minutes. I was surprised when I had gotten home from work. Other technicians took the time to move small items in the way to promote a proper cleaning. My husband has been home on a disability. No I did not want your tech to move furniture, (that was our responsibility) but, cleaning under end tables that had the clearance would have been appreciated. And he put on a carpet protection of $30.00 to seal in the dirt that wasn't cleaned in the first place. I will probably ask for your assistance again with my carpets. however,If the same type of service is displayed, I WILL BECOME VERY VOCAL TO FRIENDS & FAMILY. I take pride in referring great companies and services that I have had the opportunity to experience.

I had a couple spots from animal urine. This is the first time I've had my carpets cleaned. After my carpets were cleaned and the cleaner was on his way out, I found out there was an animal care treatment. I wish I'd know that. I probably would have gone with that.
I think the cost of cleaning the interior of the car was too high given the somewhat mediocre result.

I was very impressed with the service, attention, quality, and result of Zerorez. The technician that came to our home was pleasant, professional, and thorough. We had our carpets cleaned about a month ago, and they still look great!

My carpet is now 18 years old and even with the wear, Chad was able to get my "almost white" carpet looking pretty darn good!! The products are almost magical...and Chad did an awesome job himself!! Thanks Zerorez!!
Clean carpets, dries quickly
We told the cleaners we wanted only the basement cleaned with the pet treatment, but the entire house was. They also tracked gross, wet clumps of who knows what through the house. I understand vacuuming after to get anything that might have worked its way up, but having to clean everywhere else the cleaners went is ridiculous. I didn't pay someone to clean my carpets just so I would have to clean all of the floors after. When we called to discuss it the representative told us that is just how it is. Not only will we be not using zerorez again, but we will be letting friends and family know what a horrible experience it was.

The carpet comes out much better than I could possibly hope for. The person cleaning the carpet was extremely efficient and friendly. I can't say enough good about this experience.
This cleaning process is the best! The carpet looks so much better and smells great. The technician worked hard to get out several difficult stains, and made sure we were pleased with the results.
The technician took my expensive rug to the shop an said he would return it in "a few days." I called 2 weeks later and was told "she'd check with the technician and call me right back." She didn't. I called a 2nd time and was told "they were finishing up the last step and would deliver it in 1 week." Why would this take 3-1/2 weeks? And why wasn't I kept informed of the progress? What did I have to meme calls to get the book ugh back?
