Fast, friendly, efficient
Prompt scheduling. Thorough job. Wish my carpet were better quality so the traffic areas didn't show so much.
There were water spots all over my tile floors. I've had to go over them with a mop to get rid of them. My carpets and furniture look good which is why I gave you guys a 5. Not happy about the tile.
Zerorez has always used products that do not leave soapy residue. We love that they can get our stains out.

Carpets are clean
We did our entire first floor of our home, tile and carpet. We were amazed at the results with both floor surfaces! Our Technician worked so hard and did an amazing job. We are very happy with the results!
The air duct Technician we had was so professional and did an amazing job. He was great to explain the process and give the job extra effort.

Dries fast and doesn't feel crunchy afterward
I love the thorough, careful, friendly techs from Zerorez. I love the clean, soft, spotfree carpets they leave in my house when they are done. It's great to know there is no soap or chemicals in my carpets while my little kids run around with barefeet.
My carpets had very difficult stains that Zerorez was able to get out. They look great. The cleaner was on-time and very friendly. I like that Zerorez doesn't use any harsh chemicals.

My carpets get clean and dry fast
Your techs do a good job explaining and making sure the customer is happy with the services. I like the no residue. I don't love that it still doesn't get out the obvious markings from high traffic areas, according to my tech it is because of the materials that are in the carpet. But thanks for coming at your earliest convenience
GREAT SERVICE - CARPETS CAME OUT GREAT
Mitchell did a wonderful job for me & got my coffee stain out also. Will use your Co. again. The only thing is the carpets take longer to dry than I was expecting.
I was able to schedule an appointment for the day I needed it. The technician was friendly and respectful, and did a great job cleaning our carpet.
They do a great job and the carpet stays clean longer than with other cleaners.
Professional, clean, friendly.
The carpets looked great. However, we were told the person would come between 12-3. We got a call saying he would be there at 1:45. Around that time, we received a call saying he wouldn't be there until after 3. I appreciate that they called. When he arrived, he was the only one to work on the carpets. Our office is 2000 sq ft. My manager was able to leave around 5:30 because she had to wait for him so she could lock up the office. I think it would have been better if they had sent multiple people to clean the carpet.
Good employee, excellent work, speedy service
Being able to get an appointment fast. The technician was polite and helpful. The carpets look great now. The test will be how they look in a month. Hopefully they will look as good as they do now.
