Treatment did not seem effective. Carpets are only slightly cleaner on soiled areas. Was expecting to see carpet brightened up after cleaning. Also expected heavy traffic area to be less visible after cleaning. Carpets are matted down in heavy traffic areas just a few days after cleaning.
A second treatment to brighten up carpet would be nice.
I like the fact that you don't use soap. Your providers are polite and helpful.
The service was excellent, the product seems to have done its job, and the technician was excellent. He went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and to understand the product. The whole package came together very well and we would ask for the same technician next time (and there will be a next time)
I was happy with how well the stains were removed and the service that was given.
If you look at your records we have used Zerorez many times and been happy.....two issues this time have me looking at other services for the fall cleaning
* first after the truck left I noticed that at the top of the stairs, visable to all entering, there was a wet, dark spot about 16 inches long...at its widest 6 or so inches wide....it looks as if it was a treated area and then not sucked up....it remained wet for nearly a week....I thought when it dried maybe it would lighten....it didn't and remains
* secondly and not as important, our cleaner left his large vacuum looking piece of equipment behind, forgotten....a call to the office resulted in a call back saying it would be picked up and then when this was not able to be done (a second call by me asking why the pickup person didn't come when expected since I had to be somewhere else)...it was to be picked up the next day after 2 (when I arrived home from work)....a call was to be made to indicate when this was to happen.....I postponed several errands and waited....finally 30 min prior to pickup in early evening it was recovered and taken....my issue isn't that it sat by the front door for 24 hours but that the pickup time was not met and my opportunity to get errands done was lost....not a big deal but not much of a service attitude either.
and thirdly, which I was not going to mention but what the heck....."a supervisor dropped in shortly after our cleaner's arrival and spent 20 minutes talking to our cleaner"....making our time (which is usually very fast) in house and out even longer...another example of a poor service attitude.
I didn't call because I don't want the mess of having the equipment back....I will try to get the "spot" out with Resolve when I have time to work on it...have been waiting for it to dry (it's in the line of swamp cooler so that didn't help the drying)....
So...since you have sent me no less than 3 requests for an evaluation...now you have one! It's not about my old rugs or the difficulty of making it beautiful....it's about service!
Professional, courteous, and our carpets looked like new after the appointment.
The carpets looked great the day they were cleaned on Saturday. By Wednesday after a few days of being open for business they look worse than before they were cleaned. All the dirt and stains are back!
You've had to come back several times to redo areas. However, your service and your people are great!
they arrived about an hour too early and were trying to clean around customers which I'm sure was frustrating for the technician and us. We close at 5:00 and they arrived at 4:00. With that said, I'm still happy with the service.

Quick, clean and efficient service ... great job
We were disappointed with the results. The carpets were not left as clean as we had experienced the previous time we had you clean them. The tech told us that they would dry in 2 to 3 hours. They didn't even though we opened all the windows and doors to let the hot outside air in to assist the drying. When we called the office around 4:30 pm We were told that it would take between 6 to 8 hours for them to dry. We then put fans on them and still had had the windows open to get the warmer air circulating. At midnight,10&1/2 hours later we still could not walk around because every few feet the carpet was still wet. We weren't able to put our furniture back due to the wetness. We were forced to go to our daughters home to sleep for the night. We left the fans on and windows open all night and when we came home this morning approx. 8:30 am there were still wet spots as well as the stairs still being we (18 hours later). About 2 pm we were able to put the furniture back even though we had to be careful to avoid some still wet spots. At the time of writing this (8:30 pm)There are still a few damp spots. Some areas that dried felt hard almost crunchy as if there is some residue left behind (Zerorez ?) even though they did look clean for the most part. And no one will be around until late Tuesday afternoon to even check back on the problem. I question the method this tech used. The quality was less this time; the cleanliness and the drying time much, much longer. Was the suction working properly or at all? Seriously some spots were so wet you could pat them and actually see moisture puddle. With results like these would you give a recommendation to anyone?

I like that the product used to clean the carpet does not leave a residue. That is very important to me because I have light carpet. Other agencies I have had clean have left a film that makes my carpet look dingy faster. I also love your pet treatment. I had a spot of cat urine and the smell is now gone. Also, your technician, Benjamin, was phenomenal! He educated me on all of my options and made me feel like he cared about my home and the quality of his work.
It's only been two days but I'm hoping because of your process my carpets will stay cleaner. Service was good and efficient.

I've always liked the idea of essentially distilled water for cleaning because it doesn't leave any residue. Your technician was courteous, positive and thorough. He was able to remove stains I didn't think were possible to remove. He was thorough and careful.
