My carpet looks absolutely beautiful!!! I am so impressed with the young man that did the job, he was so informative and shared with me some tips that will help me keep my carpet clean. He had had a long day and I could tell he had worked hard all day. He was very cheerful and a hard worker! Thank you so much for making Zerorez available in Salt Lake area. (I used Zerorez when it first came to our area almost 15 to 20years ago) I have not used a professional cleaner since, of course we walked in our stocking feet........but it still looked so nice. My carpet did not come clean,though this was dog urine which has always come out in the past. I feel more time should have been spent on this area.

I like the lack of harsh chemicals
The carpet and tile are not clean. Was wet, had done on Saturday and did not dry until Monday. Carpet had circles left by the tile machine. Truck leaked oily stain on sidewalk. I need to call someone about the job but have been really busy this past week.
