Benjamin was the carpet care specialist who came to our home. He was professional and personable, he explained your procedures well without being pushy and was quick to recommend solutions to problem areas. I love the processes you use and the lack of chemicals. I loved even more that it actually did the job and got the carpets clean - even where there were tracks or high traffic areas. We've used other carpet cleaners before who have charged a flat rate to get it clean but asked for more $ to get the carpet deodorized or sanitized or to treat those high traffic areas. I'm so glad with zerorez that you did all of that rather than make me choose whether to pay extra for what I thought was just clean! Great job, good price, friendly staff, thank you!
You didn't a great job, it was just very expensive. Because we had a puppy we needed to make sure it was clean from accidents and the treatment to do that was more than the cleaning. It cost almost 1000 dollars to clean out home because of that. It would be hard to recommend an expensive treatment like that. Perhaps reduce the price of the pet treatment.
I had all the carpet throughout the house cleaned - it looks very good, even the high traffic areas. The technician was very knowledgeable.

I have very light carpet and the paths were very dirty. Isiah was able to get it very clean, much better than I had expected.

The techs were professional and wanted to do a good job for me and they did.
Our scheduled time was 2-4. The technician did not arrive until 5:20 pm. We were told that we could reschedule to Monday or Tuesday, but that didn't make sense as we had rearranged our entire house in preparation for the cleaning. We also have 4 kids and it's not easy to block out several hours like that on short notice. We were told that the cleaning would take about 90 minutes. He did not finish until 7:30 pm. It made for a very difficult Saturday for us as our entire afternoon/evening were disrupted. The technician's machine broke down while cleaning and he had to ask to borrow our tools to try and fix it. That didn't work, so he had to call another technician who brought him a functioning piece of equipment. The house before us apparently had pets, after he cleaned our area rug it smelled like wet dog, I assume from using the equipment that was dirty from the previous appointment. Overall it was a terrible experience.
I liked that there is no smell associated with the cleaning.

Very professional and courteous. Carpets look great right now. Waiting to see if there is a difference overall. Prices are higher than others we have used. Carpets stay wet longer. Overall I am pleased.
I paid $630 dollars for an hour and 15 minutes of cleaning. I needed to have an early afternoon appointment. The technician came at 4:00. Some of the carpet stains were removed and some were lightened, but there were some areas that still needed work. I have a home cleaner I often use when I need a quick clean and I found no difference in the results when you cleaned....not really worth that amount of money. I appreciate the offer of coming back to clean further but I listed my house the next day so I am not sure I can fit another clean in while showing it. I will not use Zerorez again.
The guy was friendly and did a great job
I like that Zeroez doesn't use products that may leave residue in the carpet. I have also had great customer service from them every time--both when I call and when they come clean the carpets. My last technician, Darren, was fantastic. I have referred him already.
