I guess I was expecting more of a steam clean. I bought this home 4 weeks ago and instantly knew she had a dog (a neighbor told me a husky), She had owned the home just over a year before I bought it. I carpets looked clean, but I could tell they were carrying dander because of my allergies. I feel the carpets still had a faint smell, I don't know if it is the chemicals he pre-sprayed or if it is dog still in the carpet.

I just felt the job was hurried and the two spots where the dog or cat urinated in one of the bedrooms are still there and the coach now has a stain all long the top of the cushion.

I had heard on the radio the you guys were the best, but after $300 worth of work I just expected better results. I guess if you wanted it done right rent a machine and do it yourself.

The serviceman was very responsive and able to answer my questions. He called to let me know his other appt canceled and was able to come sooner than expected. He was quick and thorough and kept me up to speed with everything that was going on since I was at work

Not all spots were removed

This is the 3rd thing I have received asking about the experience. It doesn't bother me but some customers may be annoyed. I just answered something from them. Got a text right after he left and got 2 different surveys.

I just love the way my carpets look and smell. The service was perfect and Christian was very nice and explained everything to me.

Zero residue

Excellent carpet cleaning results. Tried the tile and grout cleaning this time and wasn't too impressed. Probably won't do it again but will always come back for more carpet cleaning.

Our couch was drooled on by our son's dog, TONKA....
We LOVE TONKA but his mouth bleeds a bit and our couch was recently recovered, so we decided to let the "Pro from Dover" (M*A*S*H* reference), you folks come and take care of the stains....
We also had a coating put on it that will we can clean the upholstery next time....

l liked Adam. he was professional and friend ly. We had white carpet, well used and it looks better than l thought it would. l liked the no water and it has dried nicely. l will usend your company again and tell my friends.
