I have used Zerorez annually for a number of years, I am always happy with the results. My experience this week was the same. I am very happy at the appearance of my carpet, it dried within the times advertised.
The technician was professional yet helpful. He evaluated my carpets, asked where I wanted my carpets cleaned and began pretreating. As he completed cleaning a room he made sure I was happy with the result before he moved on to the next area.
I'm sorry, I am unable to recommend your company. I called and spoke to someone regarding how rude the young man was. You were recommended by our interior decorator, but she will not be using zerorez anymore either. He took personal calls, shamed me for using the sale informing me, "Look I'm already giving you a third off!" after I asked him to wipe the baseboard to make sure they are dry because they had just been painted. He said he was doing me a favor with the price and he wouldn't promise he would dry them. Honestly the only thing that could make this right with this level of customer service is a full refund.
Perhaps they are older carpets, but I thought they would look better. Also, I was told an estimate of $250 and the price was $361. Your technicians however were lovely, professional and hardworking. They were delightful..

The rule about not moving furniture I understand. But to not move a floor lamp or help me with moving a couch seems weird. It is weird for me to move my couch (63 yrs. old) by myself while a 16-18 years male stands and watches. I have no place to put it while the carpet is cleaned so I have to move it out and then move it back. Just saying - kindness goes a long way.
The estimate we received over the phone and then what we actually paid for the service we're completely different almost $100 different that was discouraging to plan $100 cheaper and then be told it's going to cost me that much more recliner was a nice kid worked hard they good job friendly I was just not happy with thinking I was going to pay $130 and then being told it's going to be almost $280 that can be quite a shock and it makes me want to look elsewhere

The Zerorez technicians who came to my home were quick, efficient, listened to my requests and did a thorough job. They helped me decide how to get the best value for my money. Our carpet dried pretty quickly and as of today is nice and soft.
Technician seemed fine. Was doing rambler, top and bottom floors. Noticed he had a mechanical issue with his water line in the basement...Said was fixed and everything was fine. Fact is that the basement was near flooded, it is now 28 hours later and we still have 3 fans blowing, hoping it will be dry by FRIDAY, when we have a Realative staying in the basement after sugery. I ask him multipial times if it would really dry in 4 to 6 hours...he said yes every time I ask. He should of told me what happened ( the truth ) and vacuumed the excess water. he did call the office during the problem, but I guess my,his,problem wasn't a big concern to anyone he talked to. It took 20 hours before we put the furniture back in the top floor,but still felt we were rushing it, but 2 days out of your house is not right. I still don't have a copy of the bill and have asked twice...As far as what can you do to make things right, you made the problem, it's up to you to decide what you should do....
