I just like how the carpet looks after it is cleaned. The tech, Isaias, is great, too! For many years I used another carpet cleaning company, but once I had Zerorez do its 'magic' on a particular stain/spot that the other company could not remove, there was no going back for me. I'll use Zerorez every time I need my carpets cleaned.
Technician was very good at his job. He was very friendly and went over all the rugs in detail. We had some terrible stains left by renters I didn't know if you would be able to get any of them out. He did a fantastic job and there were only a couple that were permanent. I would recommend zerorez to anyone!

I feel like the job was simply average. You have great equipment and very nice employees. But it is my feeling that carpet has four sides. My carpet was only cleaned back & forth, which was done very quickly. I feel it should have been done the other way, you might call it side to side, to clean all four sides of the carpet. I spent more time vacuuming it, all directions, than was spent cleaning it. I also didn't see any difference in the cleaning procedure for the room I paid $50 extra for possible pet urine. What was the $50 for ? A very average quick job, certainly not worthy of a 9 or 10 rating.
Fast service, my tile was extremely clean
When I scheduled my appointment I told the representative that it was a rental property that I was having cleaned. I asked that I be given a half hour notice before the technician was to arrive at the house. The day of the appointment, a representative called me within the service window and told me the technician would be there in a little less than an hour. I arrived at the property about 45 minutes later and, after waiting for about 45 minutes, called ZeroRez as no one had arrived yet. While I was on hold, a rep called me and told me the technician would be another half hour. I had 3 children with me who were waiting for a trip to the nearby park while we passed time waiting for the carpets to be cleaned. We were at an empty house with very little for them to do. It was about 40 more minutes before the technician arrived. Ben was friendly and helpful and accommodating and did his best on the carpets but was clearly tired after a 12 hour day and in a hurry to be done. When, after 4 1/2 hours, it was finally time to settle the bill, dispatch had all gone home and so he was unable to adjust the invoice to accurately reflect the actual itemized charges including pet treatment. This has a direct impact on my rental property profit as I am able to charge certain expenses to the tenant, pet treatment being one. Ben told me in no uncertain terms there was no way to change the invoice after he finalized it. When I returned to the property today, it was clear that the pet treatment wasn't completely effective and we will have to replace carpet pad. I need to be able to prove that a good faith attempt was made to clean the carpet first in order to charge the tenant for new carpet pad. I need an invoice that shows the correct itemized amount of $50 for bio treatment.
Additionally, I would have really appreciated being informed at the time I scheduled that ZeroRez has a policy of not invoicing management companies directly, if the owner is the one who schedules the appointment.

Our technician was great. He was friendly and professional. He took pride in what he was doing and was knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and cleaning in general.
Your tech, Isaiah was great. He was professional and efficient in taking care of my
needs. I had rented my house to two young men who worked on cars and motorcycles and
from the looks of my carpet, maybe worked on them inside instead of the garage? Isaiah
showed up and went right to work....he cleaned up the oil/grease spots and did a good
job of working on the water damage spots in my basement. I would recommend Zerorez to
one and all. Reasonable price for their efficient services!
I love how cooperative and efficient everyone is and the service is wonderful. I recommend you to anyone I know is looking for a wonderful and efficient carpet cleaner. I had done everything before I left foe Boise the 23 June and was there for two weeks so I just got this.
4th year I've used Zerorez for annual carpet cleaning in our home. Love the results and quick drying time.
Th carpet is clean. The service was fast §revive was thoroughly yet quick. One spot very close to the front door was removed saving us the cost of replacement.
I spent $500 and the pet smell is far worse than when we started.
While there was no guarantee implied or otherwise I thought I would have better results.
I did not have time to shop for carpet cleaners but feel your prices are extremely high in retrospect. Fool me once, shame on me....fool me twice.....not this time.
