I love that there are no harsh chemicals used.
The young did a great job and explained everything very well
Great customer service and very satisfied with the product and cleaning service
Carpet seems to have streaks in places. Nice man came to clean but was 4 hours later than anticipated.
changeing the time for just a little later seemes like no big deal but it worked out this time. all the phone calls for reminders was too many.
Straightforward and upfront about costs and service.
I like you product I don't like your prices.
You did a good job and were professional but not many of the stains were removed. To be fair they were a lot of pet stains and I know they aren't guaranteed I just thought more would be removed.
Carpet looks great
the amount of cleaning of old spots. However, now that it has dried, I am able to see some yellow stains. For $1100 I was hoping to get it out. Can Jonah put some more of that miracle product on to try to bleach out the yellow areas? Thanks.
Had the best technician this time with Zerorez. Not only did Brian take his time and thoroughly remove 2 stubborn stains, but he was also a cat whisperer ! My old cat never lets a stranger touch her, but she went right up to him! My carpets look and feel great. Because he took his time they dried quite quickly too. Excellent job.
Representative was clean and polite
Nice smell, carpet which is old, looks really good. Areas cleaned up nicely. Very nice man who did the cleaning explained what he would do, showed me the black light areas. Very pleased with the service.
They actually clean and carpets stay clean long term.
The carpet cleaner had great customer service. He was polite and knowledgable. He did a great job, my carpets and kitchen tile look great.
friendly and helpful technicians and staff. confidence that my carpets are thoroughly clean!
Good people to work with; on time as promised, and willing to help where needed with advice ands expertise.
My carpets look as good as new
We hired you to clean and seal tile floors and shower surround, as well as kitchen vinyl. This was scheduled just prior to listing our home for sale. Several areas on both the tile and vinyl flooring were completely missed. Because the floors had been sealed we were unable to visually inspect most of the work and could not see the areas that were not clean. It wasn't until a few hours later when the floors were dry that we could see the job was sloppy and incomplete. I test cleaned a couple of the remaining dirty areas and they came clean with no difficulty. So it was clear that the technician was careless and had just skipped those areas. It was also clear that the floor had not been fully sealed; which leads us to wonder if any of it was sealed properly. By then, however, the technician was long gone and there was no way to get the job done right the first time. It was very disappointing! We have previously had good experience with your services, but this was very discouraging.
I called immediately the next morning and explained the problem and my dissatisfaction to a customer service rep, Micky, I belive. We had hired you for a professional job and paid in full for the work but did not receive the service we paid for and expected. The customer service rep was completely unsympathetic to the problem. She said the earliest you could come back out to get the job done right was a whole week later. I explained we were listing the house for sale before then and it was unreasonable to make us wait a week for you to fix the problem. I also described my dissatisfaction that potential buyers would be walking through the home with the floors unfinished or with work in progress, which meant they couldn't walk through the portions of the house at all. The customer service rep was unmoved. As a solution, she offered to have the technician come back at an even later date. This was a bit insulting, since I had already explained I was unhappy with the work and the effect it would have on potential buyers and selling the home. I requested she send a technician out as soon as possible. I was told that she would not shift the schedule and upset other customers that were already waiting for their appointment. This means that although we had already waited for our scheduled appointment and you did not provide good service, we had to get at the back of the line for you to return and finish the job we have already paid for. I am still stunned by the response to our problem. I had more than one conversation with the customer service rep in trying to solve the problem and she offered zero accommodation, despite the problem being exclusively the result of the sloppy/careless/unskilled work of the technician. Additionally, she said she would send the same technician out to finish the job so that he could "learn" how to do it right. I expected a fully trained technician to come and get the job done right the first time. This is not the response of a business that I can support in the future or give a good review.
We have had to postpone listing the home because the floors are unfinished. Very, very disappointed with our experience this time.
Very fast drying.
It's is clean and safe.
Doesn't leave a residue
Great Service!
Area was thoroughly cleaned and done in a way that was not intrusive or messy.
You are prompt with your schedule, your technicians explain what is needed, then do a through job.
Smell great and carpet looks amazing when your done!
Friendly, professional service!
The tech arrived 3 hours early and, in the nicest way possible, threatened to cancel my appointment and reschedule for another day if I couldn't head home right then and let him in. I did so, but it was a headache and a half because I have two kids under 3 years old and had to find someone to take care of them while I rushed to finish preparing my house as quickly as possible. Then he cleaned 5 rooms and a hall and a flight of stairs in about an hour, which seems like it can't have been the most thorough of cleaning. And then the carpets took over 24 hours to dry--even after I went and got an industrial Home Depot fan for overnight and while I was away from home the next day. All in all a huge hassle, and with the smell the carpets put off while they were still wet for so long I'm not convinced they are actually clean even though they look better. I called and left a message after the carpets finally dried, and when someone called me back she kindly apologized for the inconvenience but offered no help on figuring out what went wrong or assuring me it wouldn't happen again. Ugh. Maybe this is what it's like every time you get carpets cleaned. I wouldn't know. My last house was hardwood floors. I'll try a different company next time, but if this is what carpet cleaning is like all the time I think I'll just save the $ for a few years and use it to get non-carpet flooring. That's how much I don't want to go through this again.
The guy that came to clean my carpets was awesome. Super friendly and helpfl
