I love that the technician listens to your concerns and does everything possible to do what you ask.

The carpets were not pre-treated. The dirt was smeared around and not lifted up. The carpet cleaner did not have any solutions. It was only three years sold. Sorry we can't give a more favorable recommendation. We only wish we could get our money back so we could have another company come in and see what they can do to fix it. We thought with all the advertising Zero Rez did it would be better than our local man but --- not.

Friendly service and zero residue

I was impressed with how well the basic carpet cleaning service cleaned a badly soiled and stained carpet! The carpet was in an apartment that i had a young couple in for two years without cleaning. After the cleaning it looks nearly new. Very impressive considering the fact that the guy was a roofer and had spilled a roof sealing compound on the carpet in a couple of places!

My carpet doesn’t look any cleaner. I noticed the technician only went over each stair with the brush once really quick. I didn’t see how he did our bedroom but it seemed like he finished our home really fast. I expected a longer visit and better results. Probably won’t use you again.

This was the 4th time I have used Zerorez and it certainly won't be the last. The service dept and staff are exceptional. My carpets look like new! Love Zerorez.

An 8 is not good enough? You have to have a ten? You're dreaming -- that's perfection, and only Trump claims that! But - do be more forthcoming:

Corbin was in every way congenial and helpful. But there are still some carpet stains visible -- some rust from the file cabinets right next to the wall (where he said the wand would not adequately apply pressure), and the cat urine stain spots are still a bit darker and evident. He said, probably correctly, that that was the best that could be done. Is that true -- or is it just the best that ZeroRez can do? I really don't know -- but how can I give a ten -- perfection -- when it was not perfect?

I think an 8 is an honest evaluation, don't you?

Clean carpet without the gunky residue left behind. The protectant is a good investment to help with cleaning up my grandkids' spills!

The service was very fast and professional. We live in a second floor condo, that was difficult to access, but the employee sent made it work.
He made sure the work was completed to our satisfaction.

A little on the expensive side for stairs.
Also I asked the tech to give a stain a little more attention, but he just cleaned it just like the rest of the carpet.

I do love your service. However for my area of Salem, Utah you have a minimum charge of $150.00 when you only charge $33,00 for a room. I have three two bedroom apartments with a living room which will only cost me about $100.00 with Stanley steamer. Looking at my bottom line what would you do?

Where I am a long term customer if you would like to price match for me I would love it. At any rate I love to hear back from you.

Adam was incredibly thorough and paid great attention to detail in every area of my home. He was able to get a stinky rug smelling great!! All of my carpets look amazing. And my only regret would be not using zerorez sooner to clean my really dirty tile!! I will absolutely have you clean it every six months.
