I have three dogs so I wanted my carpets cleaned in a non-toxic way.

I would love to see "special" treatments not cost so muc! One price to clean your carpet right even if it is more than what other companies charge for there "basic" cleaning.

We were quoted one price when we scheduled the appointment and then the technician wanted to charge an additional $30. Also, we arranged our schedule to meet the scheduled time given to us, the the technician wanted to come an hour early. He pressed the issue and we had to be firm with him that we couldn't meet any earlier.

I really was impressed by the technician who provided the carpet cleaning. He went above and beyond what other companies offer and he did the little extras without being asked to.

I was fine with the service, however throughout the entire service I felt like I was in a sales meeting. I had to listen to all the pitches and see all the demos. I really just wanted the work done and knew what I wanted. I should have probably sent him away.

I called in on a $109 special and was told the associate would be able to negotiate the areas into the special. Why are stairs not considered an area? I also had a chair with very little upholstery and a foot rest that went with it also with very little upholstery. I was charged extra for the foot rest. I will request a different associate on my next visit. I ended up paying nearly 4 times the special price. Some of it I expected because I added runners and protectant.

My carpets look beautiful and they feel so soft! My little girl asked me last night, "Mom, why do the carpets feel so soft?" We can walk barefoot through the house and it feels so luxurious.

The carpet was just about dry when they were done and it does not feel coated with chemicals.

It works! Our technician was the most thorough and did the best job we've ever had! I'm very pleased and would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Any others come out and you will be turned away. we had one day with another tech and Im not impressed by the quality of work that was done by him. please be aware of how serious we are on this as a corporation. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received. There are only 2 complaints we have. A lot of water was left on the tile after the carpets were cleaned and we had to mop it up ourselves. They were careful to get it up when it was next to a wood floor, but not next to the tile and it was a lot of water. Also, the hoses they stretched across the lawn and into the house left burn marks on the lawn. In time that will go away, but it is really too bad the damage happened. As far as the carpets, they look great!

The technician was very nice and did a good job. My carpets changed from gray to mauve.
Although they didn't dry as quickly as was advertized, they were completely dry in 24
hours. They are wet for three days with some companies.

I paid to have the pet odor removed in an area in my home and I still have some residual smell and white powder that was left behind. Clemente was so nice and helpful. I paid for the service where we replaced the pad and cleaned both sides of the carpet and I thought that it would be better than It was. I would appreciate your feedback if there is anything else that could have been done.

We've never had our carpets professionally cleaned. After Zerorez they look almost like new and feel great. I didn't think they'd get that clean. The Technician was friendly, courteous, and did a good job.

You left 2 big spots on my lawn and a big line with the chemicals you use. I pay $90.00 extra to treat some pet urin and the smell is worse. Paid $220.00 to clean 14 steps and 1 small living room, after hearing over KSL your price for $90.00. Not pleased at all. What can you do? I don't know

2 recent rust spots did not come up. We had the carpet tacked down but there were still bumps in it.
