I was very disappointed in your service, along with the fact that my $69.00 three room rug cleaning turned into a $500.00 carpet cleaning job. What a mistake to have your organization come to my home to clean my carpets. I had to pay double for my wool carpet in my basement and the only difference in the cleaning was that your technician dumped twice as much water into my carpet. It took 5 days for my carpet to dry. :< I also have several areas where the carpet was not cleaned completely. No effort was put into any spots on any areas of the carpet cleaned. I would love for you to come to my home and see the totally visable spots that are still remaining. I could continue, but I feel that it would be important to have one of your management people call and set up a time to come to my home to re-evaluate the service (lack of service) that was given to my carpet cleaning.

I really, really like that no residue is left in my carpet. You have responded to my requests very quickly and I appreciate that. Thank you!

I have two areas of complaint and one area of compliment. First, the first time your company came to clean our carpet the job was unacceptable. I called your office about the inferior job and and redo was ordered and completed. This time the job was done successfully and the technician explained what happened the first time. However, a time frame was set when the technician was to come and the hours were between the hours 2 - 5. He was to call and let us know when he would be there. He did call and said he would be there around 2:30. We had made dinner plans and felt this time would allow us the meet the dinner plans. He didn't show up until 3:45 and left about 5:30. Of course interrupting our dinner plans. When he departed his truck had left a huge oil puddle about 12" wide and 30" long. This caused us to clean the mess up. The whole thing was not what we had expected.
When the second cleaning was completed it was what we had expected initially, and the technician was professional, but the other issues just put a bad taste in our mouths. I know your company is a good one, I hope this was an exception and not the rule on how you take care of your clients.

The carpet looks very clean! The technician was professional and thorough. All around it was a great experience.

Cleans w/o chemicals

There isn't a lot of water left. You used your own water. The corner of the walls were protected.

That it actually cleaned my carpets without the use of soap! The other companies leave a build up of soap and I love that you don't use it.

The technician was on the phone chit-chatting multiple times. The carpet did not come out as nicely as the last time we used Zero Rez. Could you send someone else out to re-do it at some point?

I like that my carpets stay clean longer and the dry time is fast.

The technician who provided your service to me was very efficient, professional, courteous and helpful. He explained the process, answered any questions I had in a knowledgeable way and did a thorough and highly satisfying job of cleaning my carpets. I was very happy with the results and with his manner of completing the work.

I first would like to say thank you for coming back out to my house to make things right after a poor performance. I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to William who after a job agreed to come out to our house at 6:30pm when the tech that was supposed to show between 3-6pm did not show and we were advised he could not get there till 8-9pm...

Our Carpets look and Feel AMAZING after William assessed what was done by the previous tech and agreed that the service that we received was WELL below the standards of Zerorez and even took pictures of the poor job that was done. Because of the hard work of the Tech William I will return to Zerorez again and use more of your Services

My house smelled bad after the cleaning and your prices are a little high.

All of the stains came out and I like the idea of no chemicals, especially with a 1 year old that lives on the floor.

I love that you don't add soap and other products to my carpets. I love the fact that when your tech was done cleaning my carpet, my carpet smelled clean and fresh. I also thought having the tech wear shoe covers was a nice additon that I was not expecting. I was very very impressed with the courtesy the tech gave me and my home.

My carpets actually look clean!

It was easy to get an appointment. The technician was on time and worked hard. He answered questions I had. For the most part my rugs look clean. They did however stay wet a little too long. Some are still wet and it has been 48 hours.

I wish that it didn't take so long for the carpets to dry.

I like how quickly and efficiently the process is. I am allergic to chemicals and don't have any reactions after a cleaning

Our carpet looked brand new after he was finished cleaning it! Awesome cleaning job!! wE had many spots on our carpet and they were all gone and our carpet was soft and clean. The technician showed up on time, was courteous and got everything done in a timely manner.

Reduce the price on stairs.
