I was grateful that Clementi plesantly re-did spots that I had hoped would look better on my carpet. There were three, two in front of chairs and one in front of couch in the rec/family room that did look much better! Before Clementi came the second time, a friend reminded me that my house is darker than most and that I should pull all the blinds up and turn all lights availabe to get more light on the carpet. The spots where my dog had thrown up--and had already had a failed attempt by me to get them up--still are obvious but do look better than they did when I first called Zerorez to come clean my carpet.

Clementi worked hard to please me both times he was in my home. In my next life I will be more selective in choice of colors for my carpet.

Very professional and treats our home as if it were his own.

The cleaners who came, Chris Feltor and his trainee, did a fabulous and an over-the-top job to get out red stain on my dining room carpets! I appreciate his attention to detail and his willing reply of how he could remove the stain when he could have withheld information as other carpet cleaners have done in the past! I think you should give him extra props and a raise for the extra effort he took to making my dining room look like new! I will only call Zerorez to clean my carpets in the future! The results are amazing!

It was fast and not as wet of carpet after it was done.

You did a great job. The carpet looks wonderful. I am concerned now though. The representative was supposed to come back on Friday to do another pet treatment (that I paid extra for). After the carpet was cleaned, it now shows yellow against the wall and smells 5 times worse than it did before it was cleaned. I will be extremely unhappy if someone does not come and re-treat or fix this problem. I didn't pay extra for the problem to get worse. Other than that, I am pleased.

Representative that called to inform of arrival time was rude.

The carpet seemed to clean up real good. Your service technician knew his product and service very well, and he did an excellent job.

I needed 3 prs of booties so I could show the rental, but the technician would only give me two.

It was expensive and more than we wanted to spend. Also, we felt like the protective coating should have been included in the original price.

It was hard to schedule an appointment for a specific time. It is very hard to just be available all day and a time frame when I first sceduled would have been nicer.

My carpets look cleaner than they have with other cleaners. I like that you don't use soap to attract dirt.

Quick and effective

I was given a 3 hour window of when I could expect zerorez to arrive. I mistakenly understood that to mean that the job would be completed within that 3 hour window and so I made plans accordingly. I had my 3 small kids at a babysitter's house the whole time, and I was scheduled to begin working at 5. (I work from home taking inbound customer-service related calls.) A little after 4 I called Zerorez to check on the status of everything. The agent I spoke with said that the crew would be there in 15-20 minutes. I reasoned that if they started in the room where I work from home then I could still begin my shift at 5 while they continue to do the rest of the house. The crew did not show up until 5:10 when I was in the middle of taking a call with a client. I realize that is only 10 minutes late, but when you give someone a 3 HOUR WINDOW, there is no excuse for being late and you can see how that would have inconvenienced me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the crew they apologized but didn't offer anything in the way of compensation. I suggested that they either do the hall for free or count the front room as 1 room instead of 2 and after a lengthy conversation with a supervisor they agreed to do the hall for free, which I appreciated. The crew was very nice and they did a great job, but I feel like they should be empowered to offer that kind of service recovery compensation without the customer having to ask for it and without a lengthy call to a team lead. That really would have gone a long way with me.

i was hoping to have 2 smalls spots in my bedroom treated where the bed posts touched to floor at the foot of the bed. We had been gone and just returned as he was finishing. He said that he had tried to look for someone to help move the bed just a little, so that he could treat the spots, but no one was there. He finished much faster than I thought. I didn't think that he could do the whole house as fast as he did. He said that the hoses were rolled up and put away and that he had 2 other appointment to do that day and that he couldn't get the stuff back out to do it. I guess that i expected a little bit more after writing you a check for $630.00 to clean my house. Several of the rooms were just traffic areas.

Great tech, great results

Your scheduling needs to do a better job and be more knowledgeable about the services that you actually provide. Though overall you do a good job the services are still too cost prohibitive to use regularly unless on a special.
