I like the care the technician took to do a good job. I was very pleased with him.
I appreciated how friendly the service was. I also appreciated the technician following me around as I showed him stains in the carpet that I'd really like attention given to. Afterwards, he took us through the house and explained what he did and what we needed to do. It was a great service!

I love how clean my carpets look when they are cleaned! I've ONLY used zero rez on my carpets. And I always take advantage or their $69 deal, it's totally worth every penny!
Zerorez is the first company that has cleaned our carpet and it has stayed clean. This last time a spot came back up, but zerorez sent a tech over to clean that spot again at no cost to us. It looks like it is going to stay clean this time. For a pet stain, that is excellent results.
ive had you before and have been satisfied untill this time the quote was for 3 rooms i had 2 but told the rep that one was a 2 car garage size and the other a 1 car she said ok when the fellows arrived there was a different price for the dog spot and the scotch guard that i expected but not $200 worth I had all the furniture except the couch & love seat and a plant mover out after they left and the floor was dry I proceeded to move my furniture around and they had cleaned around it not under so i had to ask them to come backto finish the job. before this every one that has asked me who i have clean my carpets i have recommended you because my dirt spots or stains did not reoccur.
He answered all my questions, carpets look brand new. I am very happy and will use you again.

Clemente the technician worked very hard going over and over several deep stains.
They did an amazing job and were very knowledgeable and friendly. However the scheduling of the appointment was very frusterating. Not being given a time until two days before and then having it be a three hour window was very inconvenient. Then on the day of the cleaning I was called twice and given an approximate time of when the techs would show up, however "15 minutes" turned in to an hour and 15 minutes.
Very efficient process and compared to other processes the carpets remain cleaner for longer periods while taking much less time to dry.

the service was great and i was very pleased with the results. it's so nice to have clean carpets and to not see blue gum in my carpet anymore!
It leaves the carpet without any smell and also between cleanings the dirt does not get trapped as easily as with other method of cleaning.

I was absolutely amazed at how CLEAN my carpets are - they look brand new, literally! I was also impressed with your employee. He was polite, clean cut, well dressed and well mannered.
The one thing I question is why did the work truck have to run continually? I understand the need for during the cleaning process but a lot of the time our carpets were being stretched and yet the vehicle was left running - using lots of needless wasted gas (which means money - both to your company and I'm sure incorporated into the cost of the cleaning and stretching) and adding to the air pollution.
Spots in my carpet were removed that hadn't been removed by another company. The chair was also cleaner than the other company,but still had some discolorazation.
