How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We had 4 stains on our carpet. They can still be seen. This was more expensive than the last people we had clean the carpet but the last people did better. The advertising we heard made it sound like this was better so we tried it even though it was more expensive. Also, every time we turned around, the guy cleaning the carpet was trying to sell us another service (spot cleaner, etc.) that would have cost even more.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was surprised by excessive extra expenses to have my carpet pre-treated. The charge per room was more than the entire cleaning. I also have an area that was cleaned that was somewhat sticky after it was cleaned and has already become very dirty. I called to have it re-cleaned based on the 30 day cleaning guarantee warranty and was told that it was only a two week guarantee. It was finally rescheduled, but the door was conveniently left open for a charge to have it re-cleaned. I'm betting I will be charged a fee due to some pet issue, which is not what has caused it to get dirty again, but was part of the cause for the original cleaning. So much for 100% satisfaction.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had my sofa, love seat and carpets cleaned. The carpets are awesome but some of the cushions are still not as clean as the others. I know the technician worked at it but he kept telling me when they are dry they will be just as clean which is not the case. Also, when I went to leave my driveway after the tech left I found black clumps of goo. It feels almost like wax and are located right where the Zerorez van was parked. I also noticed a section of grass and a section of my flowers that have died after the tech left. They grass and flowers were alive and well when I watered them in the morning. The grass will come back but the flowers are dead.

What could we do to improve?

I signed the comment book the rep gave me when he was done. He finished very quickly, and I didn't get a chance to look at the complete job until it dried. I did notice he used the regular floor wand on the stairs while the previous rep used a special wand. I thought the price for the 7 stairs was too expensive for the little care he took to clean them. They didn't come as clean as when they were done before. Also there are a couple of spots that were missed, or not cleaned good. He was nice, but don't send him back.

What could we do to improve?

The initial "package price" is cheap so it gets me to use you. But, when the techs come out, they always want to up-sell me with various products and put a real guilt trip on when I don't want to do what they've suggested. I hate that. If the cleaning wasn't so good, I would probably not hire you because of that up-selling. I am sure it is standard practice with all of the companies though. The other thing is the price you charge for stairs. You are way too expensive! I always have Stanley Steemers come and do my stairs because they are so much cheaper.

First of all, William did a wonderful job cleaning our very old carpet. Working hard on the worst spots. I also like the idea of no chemicals being put on or left in our carpet. I know very well that truck mount carpet cleaning is the best in the industry. So I was very satisfied with your equipment. Thank you.

The carpet was extremely wet. The carpet in two rooms buckled. We called Zerorez to ask about the situation and were told it was because the backing of the carpet was wet and it would probably go back to normal but if not, they would come and re-stretch it. That was disturbing to think the carpet would have to be re-stretched.. The carpet is also quite stiff to walk on after it has finally dried.

Just be careful to clean close to the baseboards and corners on the tile. Everything was other wise done very well. Very helpful and friendly.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was given the time slot of 3-6. The day of my appointment a girl called and said they had a cancellation and could come around 1. I told her that wouldn't work for me so we should just keep the 3-6. She then said that when someone cancels they move everyone up and she asked if someone could open up my house for them to come in. I told her no and that I needed to keep the 3-6 time. So then that day at 12:30 a man called me and said he would be at my house in about a half an hour. I told him I wasn't home and I wouldn't be until 3. So then 3 o'clock came then 4 o'clock then 5 o'clock. Then at 5:30 a girl called and said the truck broke down and would be there in a half hour. Well it was 6:10 when I called and they said they couldn't come and would reschedule for the next day from 11-2. Well 2 o'clock came the next day and no one was here. So I called and they said someone could be there in 45 min. Well they came and did a good job and threw in an extra room for the hassle. I was just very frustrated I had to live with my house in dissaray for more than 24 hours when I was expecting just an afternoon.
