Quick and thorough

The techs were on time and very careful not to mar my walls and baseboards. The carpets look and feel wonderful even weeks later.

My appointment was between 2:00pm - 5:00pm July 21.They finally arrived a little before 8:00pm. I live in a high rise with my name on the board to be called. I could see them
out the window and also on the intercom system trying to call me. I finally went downstairs to tell them I'm home why didn't you call me on the key pad? Well, they didn't
have my name and Dave's cell phone was dead so he couldn't call your office to get my name.
They finished at about 9:30pm. I called the office around 5:00pm to reschedule to next morning first thing and no way would they reschedule. Our condo rules do not allow workmen
after 5:00pm so I was in trouble with the management plus no way could I cancel because I
had moved everything for them even though being an 80yr old widow, it was hard for me to do. Needless to say, they were very tired and their work was barely ok. I just wanted it done and out of there.

I was not as impressed as I thought I should be with the finished work.

Prompt arrival, service was completed quickly and the results outstanding. All questions and concerns were addressed beforehand...overall complete satisfaction.

My carpets not only looked fantastic after they were cleaned, they also felt clean, you could tell that there wasn't any cleaning residue left behind. The technician was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I will definately refer others to ZEROREZ and I will use them again.

I like that zerorez does not use detergents in their carpet cleaning and dries quickly.

the carpets smelled clean -- not chemical smell. The carpets dried quickly too leaving the carpets soft -- not "crunchy" as happens when other companies clean carpets.

Carpets were actually dry in the time tech said they would be! Technician was friendly and on time. And he worked quickly.

The tech, Will, was great. He was fast and efficient and very friendly. He took an extra spot out and made sure I was happy. Our carpet looks new again. It did take longer than expected to dry but we are very satisfied.

I thought the technician was wonderful, he really did a good job and let me know my options as far as the pet mess cleanup. I still don't know if it was good enough or if I will need the pad replaced (I think I probably will though).

Not haggle the customer with prices.

My carpets were very clean after Zerorez was finished. Everyone who has come into our home has asked me if we got our carpets replaced. With four young children and two dogs living in our house, I thought that was a major accomplishment.

I like the way you clean carpet. You got out a stain that I had tried everything on.

My closet carpeting isn't clean. From the looks of the pattern that is evident from the cleaning equipment there were only about 7 or 8 strokes into the closet. My dog likes to lay in the loset and I can see the spot where she lays and it was not touched.

I like the idea that all the dirt, soap, and chemicals are removed from the carpet. I like the clean look also.

Years ago when I had my carpet and couch cleaned by Zerorez it turned out to be a disaster and all of these years when I have mentioned that incident no one ever offered any compensation. I was very disappointed in that! I should have insisted that you replace my carpet.
This last visit was to clean my couch. The man that did it was very professional and nice. But there were a few things I was upset about. First of all the girl told me $120.00 when I called to make the appointment. It ended up costing me $160.00 and I was upset about that. The girl never should have quoted me a price if she didn't know all of the facts. The man parked his truck right in front of my 2 garbage cans and the garbage truck couldn't get to them. Luckily, we were able to move them across the street to be picked up. He did apologize but didn't really offer to help us move them. The couch was pretty old but there were many spots still left on it. It took almost 10 hours for them to be totally dry. I don't have carpet anymore but I will have to think twice about calling you again. You have cleaned my carpet many times and I have been satisfied but there have been many bumps in the road over the years.

The technician was on time and explained everything thoroughly. He was very presentable in dress and grooming and was exceptionally polite. He did everything he said he would and the carpet turned out almost like new! We definitely will call Zerorez again in the near future to do our other rooms as well as some other services.
