I couldn't believe how clean my carpets were! So far the stains have not come back and even the very worn walking path is much cleaner.

The technician got the stains out, we were amazed. It did dry fast.

I really liked the technician who came out to my house. He explained everything to my understanding and was very kind and friendly. This is my first time using Zerorez, and it won't be my last. I am overly pleased with the look of my carpets.

The tech was very positive and helpful. He was also very through. I do have a question about the cat treatment. The work was done on Friday and the smell is "almost" gone. Is that just a matter of completely drying? We haven't put the furniture back into that room yet. He did mention that it would seem dry but to wait longer that the other rooms.

I learned very much from the fellow that applied the services. He was friendly and answered many quesstions that I asked. The tile looks beautiful and is so clean you would never know that it was laid15 years ago.

My floors look worse than ever. My slate is chipped and grout is missing in areas. There are water spots in others. The carpets do not look cleaner and spots are still visible. I spent $500 and I feel like the expectations were not met. I enjoyed working with the person doing the work, as he was a great guy, but the end result was disappointing. I was going to tear up the floors before the service but was promised that they could restore them so they look brand new. They look worse than they did before we started the process. Sorry, I just can't recommend this service.

I did have one spot that did not come out and I didn't notice it till after my technician left. Other than that, he did a great job on my old carpet!

When I called to set an appointment, I told the operator that I just needed a couple of spots cleaned. She said that the tech would price it. When the tech came out, he said there was a minimum of 3 rooms that had to be cleaned, so he charged me for three rooms even though he only cleaned 2. I told him that I was never told that during the scheduling process, but he just shrugged and said that was a minimum. I later talked to my mom who also uses zerorez, and she said they go to her house all the time just to clean one little area, and that I was taken advantage of. I feel like I have been lied to and cheated out of my money. I will be filing a BBB complaint and will make sure to share my story with my friends. It is a dishonest way to make extra money and I hope your techs aren't that dishonest with everybody. BTW the raving fan book made me feel uncomfortable and forced to say a compliment. If that is the only way you can get customers positive feedback, I guess you really are a company who has to trick their customers.

customer service was awful! It took weeks and several phone calls to get answers and service.

I was able to have my carpet stretched and seams repaired without having to get another company to come in to do it.

The price was outrageous for the amount of cleaning that was done. $90 for one room. Also the Tech that did the cleaning ask us if we wanted the room sprayed with anti-bacterial spray which we agreed to. But, he failed to mention that there would be an extra $30 charge added to our bill and when I was given the total at the end of the service I was shocked to here the price was $30 higher than I had been quoted on the phone. Also, when the tech was asked before he began the job if he could bill our main office for the service he looked up our main office information and made and said that he could. At the end of the service he informed me that he was not set up for billing and was unable to so I had to write him a check for the services. This is what we wanted to avoid doing, which is why we asked him prior to him beginning his work.

We had two red punch stains, that are now gone! However, we used your service about 6 months ago. One of the red stains was there. We paid for a special treatment, but the red stain remained. This time we again paid for treatment of the old red stain and a new red stain, both stains are now gone. We are curious to why the first treatment did not work? The service was provided quickly and efficiently. I could tell by how the workers worked and spoke that providing quality work was important to them.

Very professional. We remodeled our home and hadn't covered the carpet when we first started. The removed almost every stain - including paint!
