Did not notice a big improvement in my carpet. The high traffic areas like the stairs did not come clean. I have no children and no pets and we are a "socks only" home. The four to six hour drying time was actually 24 hours and yes I kept my windows open, fans on and it was 95 degrees. I honestly did not understand what all the hype was about.

No soap residue left

Another carpet cleaner cleaned our carpet about a month before Zerorez and we thought they were reasonably clean. After Zerorez finished, the carpet looked a hundred times cleaner.

I like the product because I feel like it is more effective at really cleaning the carpet and not making it worse. I like that it leaves no residue! I was very impressed with the service of the technician. He was thorough and very very great to work with.

A little expensive.

The cleaning went well, but one of the men who showed up named Chris said he could do some carpet stretching and carpet patch work that I needed done. I hadn't planned on having Zerorez do this work, but Chris assured me he had done it many times and could do a good job. I said he could do it. He had very few tools, needed to borrow things from me, and had my wife run to Lowes to pick up a tack down strip. He didn't complete one job because he didn't have any concrete nails, asked me if I wouldn't mind doing it later, then he still charged me for the job. The total he charged for the patch work was $125.
He said to wait 48 hours before touching the "patch" work he did. So 48 hours later, I pulled lightly on one of the areas and the piece of carpet came right up. He had just glued it down. The other patch job wasn't much better. The "stretch" job he did also was very easy to just tug and lift, and was still the same distance away from the wall as before he "stretched" it. I never did buy the cement nails and finish the tack down strip job he asked me to "finish."
I had previously scheduled a carpet repair man to come, which I cancelled when the Chris from Zerorez said he could do it. Shortly after Chris left, I called and asked the previously scheduled repair man to come. I needed it done quickly, because I had renters coming to move in. When he came, he looked at what Chris had done and just laughed. He couldn't believe someone would charge for what was "done." He literally had to redo everything that Chris had supposedly done. He fixed it professionally and correctly, with all the right tools and with no help from me, and only charged $100. I paid him $110 because I was so pleased with the job he did, and he came after I had cancelled his first job.

I would like Zerorez to reimburse me at least the $100 that I was charged to do fix the job the Chris, from Zerorez didn't complete, but charged me to do.

That it is green cleaning -- no residue, no chemicals

The process you use that doesn't leave soap etc in your carpets

My carpet is 20 years old, gets a lot of traffic and was really dirty. We have a grandson who is starting to crawl and I didn't want him on the carpet the way it was. After the carpet was cleaned by Zerorez it actually looked new again and the house smelled so much fresher. It cleaned up better with your system than others I have tried in the past. Thanks!

Seemed to clean the carpets well and they were mostly soft when they dried. The carpet took longer to dry than I was told however.

I think my expectations were too high. I expected the Zerorez service to be substantially different from other carpet cleaners, but I was left with wet carpets that dried to a crunchy nap like the other cleaners I've used, which made me wonder if there wasn't residue after all. It's hard to tell if they are more clean than they were with other cleanings. There were a couple of spots of stuck in food that should have come out but didn't, and the cost was much more than the last service I used. I think charging $5 per stair is a lot. I had the carpet completely ready, with nothing under the beds or on the floors besides furniture, and they couldn't vacuum under anything. I'm not sure how you can fix it, besides price matching with competitors.

I was very happy with how my carpets and furniture looked however I was told that my carpet would be dry in 2 or 3 hours. It is now 33 hours later and my carpets are still very wet. I don't think it should take that long for the carpets to dry.

I like not having soap residue left in my rugs. So far so good. My rugs have new life!

Every other carpet cleaning service I have ever worked with considered the stairs an area. When I signed up to have three areas cleaned I assumed my stairs could count as one. I was not told differently or asked what areas I wanted cleaned ahead of time. When the guys came and I told them I wanted my stairs done. They told me stairs didn't count and they are $5 a stair to clean. that would have more than doubled my cost!! I felt like you had done a bait and switch on me. and I have already told several of my friends about it. My carpets are quite nice but my stairs are still very dirty because I need to call someone who is reasonably priced to clean them now. what a hassle!! I will not use zerorez again.

It was great how aware you tech was of my home and his equipment. He was very clean and the hoses did not touch my wall corners. Very friendly

Pricing typically higher than others

I love how clean everything looks. And it is so fast. The technician was in and out within an hour to clean three rooms.

Technician arrived on time; service was performed quickly; care was taken to protect the home; stains were removed and carpets are clean; carpets dried relatively quickly.

No adequate description prior to carpet cleaning service. We could not return furniture to the cleaned rooms for two days. We did not know it would take so long to dry, and this made for a cramped schedule afterwards.
