i was hoping to have 2 smalls spots in my bedroom treated where the bed posts touched to floor at the foot of the bed. We had been gone and just returned as he was finishing. He said that he had tried to look for someone to help move the bed just a little, so that he could treat the spots, but no one was there. He finished much faster than I thought. I didn't think that he could do the whole house as fast as he did. He said that the hoses were rolled up and put away and that he had 2 other appointment to do that day and that he couldn't get the stuff back out to do it. I guess that i expected a little bit more after writing you a check for $630.00 to clean my house. Several of the rooms were just traffic areas.

Your scheduling needs to do a better job and be more knowledgeable about the services that you actually provide. Though overall you do a good job the services are still too cost prohibitive to use regularly unless on a special.
I feel that you REALLY get it clean. I don't have to worry about extra chemicals, surface clean with you. It is amazing the extra care and work your guys do to provide clean carpets and vents!
It seemed as if the prices were too variable depending on the technician that would come out. a little expensive
Your technology is much cleaner and more thorough than other companies I have tried. Stains that were missed by them, were finally removed. My carpet looks new again! I like knowing that you do not use strong chemicals in your cleaning process. Also, our technician, Chris Felter, was very professional and great to work with.

It was just very expensive and I had to wait all day because my time was 11-2, but he didn't come until 2:30. But the job he did was great.
No residue and the carpets were dry a lot quicker.
The spots where our dog pottied are totally gone and odor free!! I loved how careful our technician was to go over those areas with the black light and made sure he got everything clean. One week later and it still looks great and the spots haven't returned. Our carpet hasn't looked this good since we moved into our new house five years ago! Thank you Zerorez!!

Jerom was so helpful in so many different ways. We actually had a flood the day before in one of our basement rooms and he did such a great job cleaning all of the areas, but especially that one. He told us how to use the drying fans most effectively and helped my husband get the carpet up in the areas that the fans would dry quickest. He definately went the extra mile!
We were very pleased with the results of our carpet cleaning. We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.
The tech was very friendly and helpful
I was quoted $185 for the carpet in my very small town home (3 bedroom special, living room, hall way, and 14 stairs), plus $.75 per square foot on tile. When my technician came in he said 'I can do the whole thing for $500' (plus he wanted me to add on airduct cleaning and sealant on top of that!) ... When I disputed the price he became very defensive and rude and told me that I was quoted wrong on the phone. I was going to ask him to leave and forget about it- when he said 'Ok I can drop it down to $400' - I reluctantly agreed because I needed the service this week, but I feel I was over charged greatly. I live in a town home that has the exact same blueprint as my neighbor, who recommended zerorez to me last week and she paid $240.
Also, I left a key and asked the technician to lock the front door when he left- he did not, it was left unlocked and every single light in the home was left on. Although the carpet and tile look good, I will not use zerorez again, if the technicians just get to make up prices without consistency and consideration for the size of the home- this guy was clearly trying to get away with overcharging me... and unfortunately for me he did.
I like the results! My carpets are not new and look great. We have lived in this house for 15 years and the marble in our kitchen had never been professional cleaned. I couldn't believe what came out of the grout and then it was sealed again. Manuel was very competent. It was clear he knew his job well. I have already suggested your service to several others. Doug Wright was right!
I love that it does not leave chemicals in the carpet. I love how fast and friendly you are.
I felt like the price was really high. Also, there is now a blue stain in a very obvious place that was not there before the carepts were cleaned.

I was given a 3 hour window of when I could expect zerorez to arrive. I mistakenly understood that to mean that the job would be completed within that 3 hour window and so I made plans accordingly. I had my 3 small kids at a babysitter's house the whole time, and I was scheduled to begin working at 5. (I work from home taking inbound customer-service related calls.) A little after 4 I called Zerorez to check on the status of everything. The agent I spoke with said that the crew would be there in 15-20 minutes. I reasoned that if they started in the room where I work from home then I could still begin my shift at 5 while they continue to do the rest of the house. The crew did not show up until 5:10 when I was in the middle of taking a call with a client. I realize that is only 10 minutes late, but when you give someone a 3 HOUR WINDOW, there is no excuse for being late and you can see how that would have inconvenienced me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the crew they apologized but didn't offer anything in the way of compensation. I suggested that they either do the hall for free or count the front room as 1 room instead of 2 and after a lengthy conversation with a supervisor they agreed to do the hall for free, which I appreciated. The crew was very nice and they did a great job, but I feel like they should be empowered to offer that kind of service recovery compensation without the customer having to ask for it and without a lengthy call to a team lead. That really would have gone a long way with me.
