Everything! Customer service was very accommodating with scheduling. My service tech Steve was fantastic! He arrived on time, carried in my very heavy rug and never complained when he had to move it a couple of times - only because he was so nice to move my heavy couches to clean under them!!! I can't help due to physical limitations and I was absolutely thrilled this was done. Steve explained each step as he went, and best of all my carpets are clean and look great! No leftover smell is a definite bonus. Steve is very personable and professional, which turned the drudgery of the task into a very pleasant experience. Thank you!
