I like that the carpet now feels like it did when we first purchased it. It looks considerably cleaner. After drying, which didn't take that long, there was no weird odors.

the last time I had my carpets cleaned there spots that would not com out and I was told that I would just have live with them . I was amazed that only a couple of very small spot were left and you can barely see them.
We were very pleased. We like that the products are green, fairly non toxic and our person Ryan worked so hard on such a hot day - He was very personable and did an amazing job. We were very happy! Service rep was great floors got clean had my white socks on after and no dirt. A little wetter than I had hoped but I think because he was trying to get all the dirt out on the stairs and we had the worst heat and humidity that week.

Great communication throughout the entire process. The rug was inspected on-site and also at the facility. I had always gone through a competitor for my area rug. When I would get the rug back, there were always stains on the back that I thought would not come out. When I received the rug back from Zerorez, the stains were gone from the back also. The rug looked like new! Can't wait to try the other services.
