Professional - concerned about the carpet not just the job - did not try to do a push sale for anything extra yet asked if anything was needed and then explained what he would recommend - product used on carpet smelled great - I also like the lack of harsh chemicals. This was my 2nd time using zerorez - the first time I called because I could not get ahold of the guy that usually cleans my carpet. This time I called because I wanted to see if they were as good as I thought so the first time I called and now you will be the company I call when I need my carpet cleaned. Thanks!!

Our carpet looks great!

My appointment was scheduled from 3-6 PM. The technicians arrived at 5:00 PM. My schedule required leaving at 6:15 PM. I did have the living room and dining room ready and I asked them if they could do this before I had to leave. They agreed which made me happy due to the effort made in getting ready. My basement stairway did not get done due to the time schedule issue. The guys worked very hard, did an excellent job of cleaning and finished at 6:00. Therefore I was very pleased with the service. I will plan to have you do the basement stairs once I learn my wifes future schedule.

I like that there is no soap used and that the rugs dry so quickly. The technician was very friendly and professional. He showed great concern for my home. I like the corner protectors he used in the stairwell and hallway.

The product used actually took the dog urine smell out of my carpet! I cannot believe how wonderful it smells and looks!

Derek (sp?) was so nice and knowledgeable about zerorez and carpet cleaning that I would definitely recommend zerorez to family and friends. He took the time to explain the process and we discussed some spots and stains on the carpeting. He worked extra hard to get our stairs clean and my husband and I both appreciated his hard work and professionalism. We would definitely recommend him also.I didn't think it was possible to get our carpets clean and had already gotten a quote on new carpet but now we don't have to go to the expense.

Zerorez personnel are awesome! They do an excellent job and are so considerate and helpful. Carpets, rugs and furniture looks like new!

Our Technician Joe Colt is one of the key reasons I will use Zerorez again.
He was a true professional and really cared about what he does. You can tell he takes a lot of price in his work. The carpets in all 4 rooms are like brand new. They were cleaned and then treated with Fiber Protection which I am so glad we did. I spilled a glass of water on the carpet and it beaded up just like it was new again. The clean carpets and world class service will make me a repeat customer.

Results were superior on a very dirty and stained carpet. We planned to clean them one last time before replacing them and now feel no need to replace them. Also, the technician was very polite and thorough in performing his duties. He felt one area had not cleaned to his satisfaction and got his equipment out again and cleaned it again. I hadn't noticed it until he pointed it out.

Matt Thompson, the technician did a superb job in every aspect. He called to give me his ETA, then called again just to say that traffic was a bit more, and he would be a few minutes late. He got right to the job, and did a great job. If I were running any type of customer service organization, I would definitely look to hire people like him. You have a good employee
