We liked that 2 people worked at the house (until the truck broke down). We liked the fact that a replacement truck arrived fairly quickly but unfortunately he had to finish the job on his own. We also liked the end result, clean carpet and the nice orange smell.

My carpets are so much cleaner and brighter after being cleaned by Zerorez. I have had the carpets cleaned by other cleaning services and Zerorez has produced the best results. I tell my friends and family to use Zerorez as they do the best job by far.

Very professional, made sure I knew what they were doing and how it would work etc. Showed me a video of what happens when Zerorez cleans a carpet that had been cleaned with soap and not all of the soap was picked up by the origial people that cleaned.

Great service. Great product. Loved the fresh, clean smell after our carpet was cleaned!

My wife and I were absolutely amazed at the results! We were considering replacing our carpeting, but thought we'd try having it cleaned. We chose Zerorez because we have kids with chemical sensitiviites and didn't want to have the soaps and chemicals used on our floors. When the job was completed we couldn't believe how clean and newe the carpet looked. Even the high traffic areas were fresh and clean!

From the initial call, the process was smooth and efficient. We made the appointment, I got a reminder online and a call. The technician, Nick, called on the way and asked if he could come a little early! No waiting. He came in, looked at the areas to be cleaned and amazingly he got down on all fours and sniffed the carpet to see if the pets had made any stinky stains. That was impressive! Then, he explained what he thought was needed, looked at the area rugs I wanted cleaned as well and gave me a fair price. He worked quickly and thoroughly. He even put a door protector over our front door to keep the elements from coming in the house while the hose was being used. It was a great experience. I can see why the Zerorez vans are at many homes when I am out and about. Nick was super! Very friendly, calm and personable. He's a keeper! Thank you.
