We highly rate them BOTH. The carpet looked like new! Roman Mikheev was very knowlegable. He explained everything without being pushy to have anything extra done. He made sure we were satisfied before he left. My husband wants him back some time to do the heat ducts. I would like to have my tyle floors done too! Wonderful product.
