Quality of cleaning was phenomenal
The technician (Tyler) took the time to thoroughly assess our carpet problem areas and cleaning needs. We opted to add on pet treatment and fiber protection, and we are very pleased with the results. There is no soapy residue, and our pets aren't reacting to any products that were used in the cleaning process. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to our friends.

The technician, Tim, was awesome!
They actually work and the service was great (although it would have been nice if the sales person had told me that the front door would in essence be open). Eight year old carpet almost looks new. I also purchased the stain remover and animal spray and unfortunately had to use them over the weekend, but was amazed with the results. I told my neighbor about the great experience and will put Zerorez on my Fall to-do list for next year.

Carpets looked great...they were unable to remove cat urine smell, but were able to remove all dirt spots and huge coffee stain!
No chemicals and it is so clean! Our carpet and tile/grout look brand new! We are sensitive to scents but Zerorez leaves a light, pleasant,citrisy-clean scent.
