Cleans up old carpet that is 22 years old. Johnathan was real friendly and answered any questions I had. I liked that their wasn't any vacuuming up after it dried and it smelled clean in my house afterwards. This was my second time using Zerorez and I went to work and told people what a great job you did and I asked if you went all the way out to North Branch where a friend of mine lives so she was happy to hear that. I use to use Coit and I won't be going back.

The results and work completed in a timely manner, as well as the employees that came to perform the cleaning :) Was recommended to Zerorez via K102 radio initially way back - but recently my sister & brother-in-law hired them & were very happy - so I then did the same. Anyone should needing cleaning with carpet or tile should hire Zerorez - they handled both my carpet and ceramic tile wonderfully :)

The cleanliness of my carpets after the service was completed. The suggestions provided by my carpet cleaner to save me money and protect a very old rug. (He came to work espcially to perform my work that day.)

You have a very clean smell and look afterward. You work on weekends.
I do have one complaint though, and that is that there was one spot that did not come up first try and when he gave a different spot a 2nd try on my request, it came right up. When I saw the other spot he had already put everything away and did not offer to try it again. I told him not to spray that spot with the stuff that is suppose to protect your carpet because I was going to try to get it up myself. So he left on that note, which did not make me very happy and of course it is right when you walk in my door so it really takes away from the beautiful job every where else. Plus I work with people who used you and said how you got up spots they did not think you would, but that the person that came to their house worked very hard on it. Mine did not, if it didn't come up first try oh well. Which sorry to say, as I recommend you, they will also hear that story as well.
