I liked that Zereorez hires women to clean carpets. She (Ashli) was extremely thorough and did not rush through the work. I had my carpet and chairs cleaned. I was really wowed by the grout cleaner. I thought I had gray grout, but after it was cleaned, it turned out to be white!

Very friendly associates. Easy to schedule - were able to come within 2 days of calling and on a Sunday to boot! Pleased with the results - I was moving into a new house and there were some stains on the carpet that were hidden by their furniture. I didn't see them until they moved out and was disappointed the carpet wasn't in the condition I thought it was. You were able to get the stains out and the carpet looks great!

The technicians were very pleasant, efficient and willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. I couldn't believe how quickly they cleaned 3 rooms and a staircase! Even cleaned spots that I thought would be there forever. Some spots remain that I knew wouldn't come out but they still look 10 times better! It looks Great!
