only complaint was that the van was parked to close to the edge of the lawn and killed the grass. There is now a large brown spot of dead grass. service was prompt and efficient and did a good job cleaning. i will use zerorez again.

We had numerous urine stains from a new puppy. We have no stains now after a special treatment your technician did to the carpet. I might say the stains were up to a year old and I had treated them with Natures Miricle I bought at Chuck and Dons. My treatment didn't work -- the stains came back after a month or two and Zerorez made our carpet look brand new!!! And the stains haven't come back. thank you so much!!

the carpet came out feeling soft after the cleaning (except in the one room where we had used soapy cleaners). Very happy with the service.

The process Zerorez uses to clean carpet is such that it leaves no soapy residue, which I have seen on carpets cleaned by other companies. It dries very fast after Zerorez, and the technician who came was nice and professional.
