My carpet care specialist was Rob Sotanski and he did an excellent job on my carpet. My carpet had not been professionally cleaned since it was installed twenty three plus years ago, when Rob left, he had it looking like new. I found Rob to be very hard working, knowledgeable in the areas of carpet cleaning and care and about Zerorez in general. The fact that there are no chemicals used. Also, moving everything except the very
large items, you feel like you got a very thorough job done. Aaron, the technician,
had a nice personality, was thorough with his explanation and did an excellent job.

First guy aparently did not do the job properly. The Second Guy sent out (Robert) was very informative, advised me of the proper steps that should have been take. He fixed the problem. At first was disappointed but now am happy. I will be requesting Robert for a duct cleaing soon

The technician you sent was polite, professional, knowledgeable, well dressed and respectful. He told us what to expect from the carpets and went straight to work. He called to let us know he was on his way and made sure we understood the charges and what services were being provided...I would highly recommend Zerorez (I already actually have).

The overall experience was very good. I have rental property surprisingly one of my places had many very bad stains which I did not believe would come out. Zerorez came out, cleaned the carpet, when they left all the stains appeared to be gone. The next day one stain came back lightly. I called, Zerorez they quickly scheduled an appointment to resolve the returning stain issue. This time 98% of the retuning stain came out and only us who knew where the stain was can see any signs of it.

Zerorez may cost a little more, than other I have used but they are worth it.

Purchased Zerorez spot cleaner for future to replace Resolve cleaner, which only served as a dirt magnet where I had used it in the past.
Jon had No Problem with helping me with moving larger pieces of furniture...matter of fact, he put them back in place by himself.

Your guy had a cancellation and called to ask if he could come early. Yeah! The guy was nice, professional, careful and did a beautiful job on the carpet. The HUGE red wine stain is gone and the rug looks new again!

After first cleaning the carpet looked much better but there were still some spots that needed to be treated and the high traffic area's still looked a bit dingy. After asking for and being granted a recleaning(no extra charge) of the affected areas the carpet looked even better and darn near new looking. Not bad for a light colored 10 year old carpet trod on by kids and pets. Much better job than previous carpet cleaning companies I have used. Highly recommend!

Scott Johnson was very knowledgeable on different stains and how to get them out on my own. He was very nice and polite and even though I bought additional carpet cleaner from him, I didn't feel like he was selling it just to sell it.

I figured the "empowered water" thing was a gimmick and thought I would put your service to the test. I had 9-year old light colored carpeting that had heavy traffic from people and pets, along with stains and spots from dog and cat "accidents". In fact, when I moved the furniture for the service, I saw just how bad the carpet was stained and soiled compared with the areas that were under the furniture for so long and almost decided that the carpet needed to be replaced. After your technicians were done, I was amazed that all of the spots, soiling and stains came out, along with the pet accident spots. The carpet looked new and even felt like new carpet to walk on. It seemed to rejuvenate the fibers of the carpet.

I know now that the empowered water is not a gimmick, will recommend the service to others and will definately use Zerorez again.

I needed a quick turnaround on our companies carpet cleaning & I rec'd the quote the next day after I called & the carpets were cleaned on the following day. All of the Zerorez employees from Tim Gowen who did the measuring for the quote, to Sam Heuer who sent the quote over to me in a timely manner, to Dennis & his associate who did the cleaning, were very considerate & professional in every aspect of the cleaning process.

My carpets truly look to be clean, and they maintain their clean look after all of the traffic from family and pets.
