It was fast and easy - the guys who came to our house were nice and friendly - they were in and out of my house in 45 minutes - I only had one room of carpeting so they offered to clean a bunch of small area rugs so I could get my moneys worth - one of those rugs I had considered discarding but it is clean now and looks great. I did laugh out loud thou when they recommended vacuuming 4 to 5 times a week - like that will ever happen - they laughed with me!!!

You cleaned our carpets!

Zach and Kyle were very professional and curtious. They even called to see if they could come early! The carpet looks wonderful and the house smells so clean. Kyle told me about the extra protection I could add to the carpets. I have two little boys that will destroy the carpet in their play room. With this added protection, I can avoid carpet replacement.

I had a very ill dog and there were spots from diahrea all over the living room floor that I could NOT get up. They treated the spots and cleaned the floor. When it dried I could still see a few of the spots so then came back free of charge and treated them again and it looks wonderful. The techs were very nice, friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again. The carpet is so soft and looks great.
My whole experience was a good one from calling the office and scheduling the appointment on, they will come out on the week-ends too which is wonderful for the working people.

Brand new carpeting-they got up all of the coffee stains. No soap residue will keep carpet cleaner longer. Not sure it worked too well on our Linoleum -I think we need good old fashioned cleaning products -but it did a great job on our tile entry floor.
