First time the carpet has seemed truly clean after being cleaned, technician had a long & difficult day (including rush hour traffic between Brentwood & Hollywood on the way to our house) but still did a thorough job professionally and cheerfully.

Other than the tech being a half hour late, I thought he did a good job overall. Some of the most soiled places on the carpets do look better, but I was hoping for an even bigger difference. I'll still be calling Zerorez in the future. Thank You!!
