When I called I specifically said that because we had company coming the next day, I just needed two high traffic areas cleaned, and three roof leak stains in one bedroom and one sectional. I was not given a quote over the phone. When the technician arrived he told me he had the appointment down as three rooms and it would be 649 dollars . I HAD STATED OVER THE PHONE THAT WE DON'T WANT ENTIRE ROOMS CLEANED. HE MADE A PHONE CALL AND WAS ABLE TH BRING THE PRICE DOWN TO 549 DOLLARS WHICH I STILL THINK WAS TOO HIGH. ANYWAY, HE DID A VERY NICE JOB AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE RESULT.
