How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It has been 4 days and the carpets are still not 100% dry. Because of our holiday party tomorrow, we are forced to put the furniture back.

Dennis Smith was our technician. He was professional and thorough. We've used Zerorez before. We love the way it leaves our carpet clean and free of soap residue.

You're the only carpet cleaners who both get my carpet clean AND don't leave behind any harsh odors or chemicals. I have a toddler and wouldn't trust my carpet to anyone else for her health.

I love the fact that no chemicals were used in the cleaning of my carpets. I also thought Chris was a very courteous representative and he did everything he could to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely be booking a 9 month appointment as recommended by him.

I thought your cleaner, Brian was very friendly and knowledgable. He was prompt and thorough. The carpet looks very nice and I'm hoping it stays that way for a while, usually after a cleaning it looks bad again pretty quickly. Brian told me that no chemicals are used with zero Rez, so I hope it has better results.

Robert's work was amazing. He always gave 100% effort in anything I asked him to do. I love my tile and carpet. I feel like I am in a new house. Robert definitely wanted me to be happy with his work. He did extra work that I did not ask him to do and offered suggestions on how to keep my floors and carpet clean. I would have him back in a heartbeat. Thank you Zerorez for the fine work.

What could we do to improve?

I LOVE this service because the last thing I want in my house is chemicals. The technician was very nice, professional, well groomed and did his job quickly. The only improvement could have been a touch more thoroughness. He missed under my bed, where my dog likes to take his treats and muck up the carpet. I'm sure there is also a ton of dust mites living there too. Wish he had not missed that, but otherwise, I'm happy as usual. Well worth the extra cost.

I love the carpet cleaning service as well as the spot cleaner, which Robert, the technician, informed me is now free refills. Woohoo! He did a great job informing of the best way to use that as well as the smelly goof stuff!

Your cleaning lasts more than any other cleaning service I've used. Regular soap cleaning leaves the carpet ready to collect more dirt. Zerorez does not get dirty nearly as quickly. Also, your people always do a little something extra to do the job better not to mention their courteous service.

Always knowledge and professional Technicians. Very pleased with carpet cleaning and soap less method. Have used Zerorez for years and will continue in the future. The most recent tech to clean our carpets, Maurice, is outstanding.

What do you like about our products and services?

After using many companies throughout the years, Zerorez is the only company to provide a service that actually cleans the carpets. It is nice to enjoy the clean carpets without having the dirt return a few days after the cleaners leave. With other companies the carpet appears clean when they leave our home, however, within days (and sometimes even hours) the spots return to visit. We wholeheartedly recommend zerorez. And a bonus is that the gentlemen (and I mean gentlemen) that work for Zerorez have always been clean cut, well groomed, and polite. Gil was no exception to the typical Zerorez employee we have had in our home. He was soft-spoken, polite and kindly explained what he was going to do and how he would do it. Its a pleasure to do business with you.
