Reminder notice, on time, very thorough in explaining what they can or cannot do.

My quote was $249, I told her I know it will be more due to urine stains from dogs. Dennis said stains would get lighter but most likely not go away. He quoted me $500. Then he told me about "the claw" and that it would be $25 per area to do the claw which would get that area specifically cleaned. I added 8 claw areas at $200. Paid total fo $750 to Zerorez. As it happens, "the claw" areas just took the urine and spread it out so now rather than small stains, I have these huge circle stains now! I will be calling for a refund.

We love Zerorez. We always recommend them to family and friends and will never use another service on our household carpets. We have always received exceptional service from the techs. They are always very polite, friendly, and knowledgable about their business. Two of our recent techs have had several years in the industry and they care about providing excellent customer service. This sounds like an ad but our carpets always look new after a cleaning and remain clean for long periods of time because there is no residue to collect dirt.

Livingston, our service technician, arrived as promised (called to inform of estimated arrival time, was in company van & uniform) & completed the requested work in less time than expected. He spent "unrushed" time listening to us as we explained our desires & then spent extra time on those areas we pointed out. Prior to starting his work, he provided us with printed information on the Zerorez process. Afterwards, he fully explained how long we could expect for our carpets to fully dry & gave us tips on how to speed that process. He was very kind, professional, & efficient. Our carpets turned out great! Thanks Zerorez for a job well done!
tHE FACT THAT CHEMICALS ARE NOT USED
ZEROREZ SERVICE TECHNICIAN (RICKY) DID AS GOOD A JOB AS HE COULD ON OUR VERY OLD RUG. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICKY FOR KEEP COMING BACK AND CLEANING OUR OLD RUG.
