Marcel was very professional and hard working. He did an amazing job. We’ve used Zerorez several times as our carpets and tile are always super clean with no sticky residue. Easy to schedule and great communication.

I had to wait 6 hours for the technician
To arrive.
I was told it was because he was double booked. So someone in the office.. made the mistake.
I called & the receptionist apologized & deducted $20 from the fee.
I said I understand & appreciated the discount; however, I would suggest that if the cleaner is late, to call the client to let them know what is going on.
Also, my carpet has all these lines now from the cleaning….it doesn’t look good. How can I bring it back to how it looked before?
It feels stiff, last time I had it cleaned the technician applied something extra after the cleaning to make the carpet soft & stain resistant.
I really don’t know what to do.
Excellent customer service. Erin did his best to bring some life back to our old carpets it was amazing how well he did. He was very courteous and helpful explaining the carpets condition and how he was treating them for maximum clean and appearance. Everyone is very kind and helpful when you call into their office and I am always able to receive a quick appt at my desired preferred times. Thank you to all - we have used your service for many years and will continue to as long as we live in the area.

They are clean. It smells fresh when they’re done not like chemicals.
Fast and efficient
On cleaning day the carpets upstairs were pretty well cleaned, but a sticky residue was left on our laminate flooring downstairs where they had cleaned 6 chair pads. We also found a mark on the wall in our staircase that was made by their equipment. The hose that ran from the truck into the house burned a line across our lawn, and there were stains on our driveway and front porch. They sent another technician out two days later to try to make it good. Well the laminate flooring, once it dried, still does not look good. It's slightly better, but I am going to have to figure out what to do because I don't want to ask for them to come back again. The driveway and front porch look terrible. Wish I could include photos here. I knew there probably wasn't anything they could do about the grass or the mark on the wall, but maybe a partial refund would have been offered. Nope. We paid about $750 for this job. Never again.

Rudy Rios! He insists on getting things really clean. He keeps after the dirt until it is gone. And he's fun to have in the house, with his great attitude. Can't praise him enough.
Great service - carpets look great!
Carpet in the clubhouse looks great after cleaning. We will be using ZeroRez religiously.
Zerorez did a great job on my aunts carpet. Removed a lot of stains. I liked that the cleaner wore booties over his shoes. He placed these cone like protectors on areas where the hoses could potentially hit/rub on the furniture.
Some dirty spots came out the day after they clean the carpet.

They could have extracted more water out of the carpets. It took over 30 hours before carpet was dry
The service request was easily accomplished. The contact after the appointment was made was informative and consistent. The confirmation of the scheduled appointment arrived electronically several times.
I was also called in advance prior to the arrival of the technician, which I greatly appreciated.
