Marcel was here yesterday, 10/13/26 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
He is always on time and calls me 30 minutes prior to arriving.
I think Marcel has been cleaning our carpets since 2019.
He does a marvelous job, is efficient and we discuss whatever stains in the carpet he finds.
He is very personable and I just love him!
I would highly recommend Marcel and Zerorez to anyone.
I feel their charge for cleaning carpets is very reasonable.

Process cleaned up my rug nicely. There was little stain appearing when the carpet was dry. There was no oderfrom the product used.

My tech who came to my home was very nice and did a complete and thorough job. He was careful around my furniture. Would definitely want him the next time I have my carpet done.

Tech was on time and listened to our problem from a previous cleaner.
Carpet looks and feels great, no heavy odor for days, dried within about 6 hours despite humidity.
Technicians are terrific! Loved that they put edge guards on corners of rooms/walls. Very knowledgeable and explain carpet wear, chemicals, etc. Courteous, polite, on time, professionals.
