The technician that can out was very kind and apologetic. The stain were almost completely removed . The pet urine smell is still there but not as intended as it was before. We did the cleaning and upgraded to the pet odor topical application. On the second visit the technician also did the extraction so we were hoping this was going to get rid of the odor completely.

I love the cleaning without residue.

I loved how Sal and Chris were so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. They were very detailed in their inspection and assessment. They addressed several problem areas and treated them thoroughly. Sal informed me of several services Zerorez offers and answered the questions I had with such confidence and knowledge, backing it up with an informational flyer. He sold me on the Premium Fiber Protectant, and I'm very excited to see how it performs. Overall very satisfied and pleased with my service!

Very sales oriented, focused more on upselling vs actually getting my carpets cleaned. Made a big deal about the amount of time spent on my carpets. Never had an experience with carpet cleaning like this with other carpet cleaners I've used. Won't be using them again.

This system,m uses only a special water to clean the carpets. Tnerefore, Therefore there is no soapy residue left in the carpet. And they are fast and personable.

I liked the idea that Sunbrella favored cleaning by Zerorez. Comparison with other furniture cleaners whose chemicals and water left a residue on furniture was less desirable. My deck furniture looks great.

My technician called early in the day to let me know he would be at the latter end of the 3 hour time period and he called again when he was on his way. I appreciated the heads up and opportunity to run an errand before he arrived. He was flexible in where he needed to park his van to provide service and the furniture he cleaned looks great.

Worst carpet cleaning experience in my 79 years. From rude, gloomy, grumpy cleaner to absolutely not-clean carpets.
And no invoice of costs after shabby work done.

Couldnt really believe it, especially after a good recommendation. Will never recommend Zerorez to any friends or neighbors. Very sad and disappointed about the unclean rugs left…

I liked the amount of detail that went into our carpet cleaning job. The worker was on time, even called beforehand to let me know he was on his way, and very professional. He made sure to point out spots that needed more attention and seemed very knowledgeable. He definitely made the process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend!

Products that work well without soapy residue. Excellent customer service including education on carpet care.

We had 3 stains in our daughter’s bedroom which was why we wanted to get the carpet cleaner. 2 of the stains look exactly the same as they did before the cleaning was completed and the third on is still viable but lighter . I was definitely expecting a much better result .

I usually have Zero Rez clean my carpets. The last several times Maurice has cleaned the carpets and I was expecting him to clean them. Geovani arrived and I was surprised and caught off guard. I explained what I needed and Geovani did a great job of cleaning. He was extra careful to clean where our feet rest at the chairs we usually use & the carpet was not too wet when he finished. I appreciated the post cleaning instruction. Also, he was efficient with the time and very courteous. I was very happy with his overall service.

FYI- I have an iphone and when I receive texts it dings. He texted at 7:23 am.
I did not receive the ding with his text until 9:08. I have AT&T service and there have been other issues with texts arriving at my home. I was not upset when I did not receive the text, I just thought it was odd not to receive one and did not ask Giovani about.

Anthony was on time, very polite and professional. He explained every step of what he was
going to do. I would recommend HIM to anyone.

Fast and clean service not the usual heavy water feeling on the carpet afterwards. Took less time to dry overall.
