ON JULY 10. MY CARPET WAS CLEANED. THERE WERE TWO AREAS THATN WERE STILL UNLECAN. ON JULY 24, A RETURN TRIP WAS MADE, BUT ONE OF THE AREAS IS STILL UNCLEAN. THE PERSON WHO CAME OUT SAID IT WOULD DO NO GOOD TO COME OUT AGAIN SHOULD THE AREA REMAIN UNCLEAN. THE AREA IS STILL UNCLEAN. ON JULY 25, I SPOKE TO ROXANN AND ASKED THAT MY MONEY BE RETURNED FOR THE ONE ROOM SO I COULD FIND SOMEONE WHO COULD CLEAN THE CARPET. SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE JEFF OR JUSTIN CALL ME. AS OF 1PM ON JULY 26, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.

I thought the price to clean a recliner was too high but I had the sofa cleaned so the recliner had to be cleaned too, (recliner~$95, couch~$120). When I called to make my #ppointments both of the ladies that answered the phone were also friendly.
