It's easy to make an appointment. Technicians are excellent and very consciencous about protecting existing furniture.
The carpet is soooo clean and sturdy feeling. The corners and edges are clean. The rep who did the work (Livingston) was very nice, personable and did a great job!
I've had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez twice now, and both times the technician was friendly and worked really hard to clean my carpets. The carpets look great when they finish, and the last time we had them done they stayed clean looking for a long time. I'm hoping we'll have the same result this time, too.
Zerorez cleans our carpets better than any other cleaning company. They even removed tar!
