Your representative Robert was very knowledgeable and took his time and new his stuff very professional.
On time and did exactly what was asked. The only thing I had hoped to also have done was a good steam clean of my shower tile -- that didn't happen and I haven't yet heard from your "shower specialist."
The carpet really looks great
Service and service provider were great, I guess I was just expected to be wowed with a fresher feeling. Could be my carpet is just old and has worn spots. I thought it would feel better to walk on.

Zeroez product works! Stubborn stains that I attempted to remove didn't work after several attempts. Zeroez cleaned the carpet and removed the stains entirely. Service was professional, competent, polite and very accomadating. My serviceman was "Mike" and I highly recommend him.

Efficient and thorough cleaning.
The technician was very professional and didn't try to upsell us. The carpets look great!
The gentleman that came out was very professional and polite, however, his fees were different than what the operater on the phone had given me. She never told me there would be a travel fee of $15.00 and, never explained the $25.00 to remove urine stains didn't include a deodorizer. I feel that is very bad business. I would assume the two go "hand-in-hand".
