I liked the technican, Dana, who cleaned the carpet and two chairs. He was extremely professional and efficient. I was very pleased that, after he cleaned the stair carpet, he placed a fan to blow air on it to speed up the dry time while he cleaned the rest of the house. He was also very considerate about placement of his van in the driveway so as to minimize the noise and the fumes. And he did a great job. The carpet and chairs look great!

this was my 3rd time using zerorez, this time i am not happy with the way my carpets came out, in certain area the carpet do not look clean.

the gentleman who cleaned our carpet was on-time, courteous, helpful, diligent. your product did a great job and didn't take terribly long to dry. also, the added benefit of having him return in 10 days if something needed extra attention was great as well. i would highly recommend Zerorez.

This is the second time that I have used your company. The first time I was totally impressed.... This time, not sure... I still have spots on my carpet, and there are a few traffic areas that still look dirty!! :( The technician was great, but now that it is dry, I can see these marks and I'm pretty bummed!!!!

Robert was very professional. I showed him some trouble areas and he was able to get everything out.
I asked him for an estimate on grout cleaning and he did an area in our entry way at no charge just so we could see how it will look once the grout is cleaned. Very cool. The whole process didn't take too long and it ended up to be less $ then we thought!
I like the aspect of not using any detergents or soaps. The service is super professional, and the techs are polite, clean, and and very quick at what they do.

Services: 1. When I accidently created a stain I called and begged for help - Zerorez immediately sent a tech out to do damage control & remove the stain. 2. Your friendly, hard working techs who go out of their way to do a good job (especially Brian!). I feel very comfortable having your techs in my home.
