I like this company. All the tech's are named Dennis! (At least the ones that came to my house.) Previously I had my living room furniture cleaned by Zerorez. I was very happy with the results so I called them back to clean my dining room chairs and the living room carpet. it was very cold that day so the carpet took longer to dry and started to smell. I called them back and they re-cleaned it free of charge!

I do love how clean my very old white carpet looks after the tech is done! However, this time, we had him treat a "pet accident" in one of the bedrooms and the smell is WAY worse than it was so we will have to treat it again ourselves. We will know not to do that next time.

I like that the carpet doesn't smell after being cleaned. I like that they don't dump dirty water in my yard. I like the cleanliness and politeness of the cleaner. I like that I don't have a residue on my carpet after it's cleaned. I like that the carpet is dry by the next morning.

I like the greenness of what you use to clean. I was especially happywith Dana, who was very thoughtful about the use of the equipment in our home, and very thorough in cleaning the carpets.

Terry recently cleaned my bathroom floor. I was absolutely amazed at the results. It has never looked better. I can't remember it ever looking so clean. I have had you people on four different occasions; for carpet, outside tile, upholstery and bathroom tile. I have never been so pleased with a cleaning service. Your technician, Jorge, was EXCELLENT. Not only did he do a VERY thorough job, he wanted to be sure that I showed him anything I considered a "trouble spot" then took the time to explain everything he was going to do and then did it to perfection. In addition Jorge was extremely respectful of my home....mats on the wood floor under his hoses, rubber guards at the doorways, plastic or blocks under my furniture and booties in case we needed to walk on the damp carpet when he was finished (and probably more that I didn't even notice). I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and will request that they send Jorge again!!!!!

Service call appointment was scheduled and confirmed for Saturday 9/7/13 at 8:00 am, not 8-12noon. The appointment was the very first one for the technician, who was supposed to call 30 minutes prior at 7:30 am. It was verified the afternoon before on Friday 9/6/13 that he would not be late for any reason, not a breakfast staff meeting, not forgot the time, not any reason/rationale. The very first time I scheduled an appointment with this company two(2) years ago the technician was an hour late. His excuse was that he had to attend a breakfast staff meeting at my appointment time, which caused him to be late. When he arrived he of course had a negative attitude/condescending demeanor towards me for me being upset that he had held me up and was late. I gave the company another chance and called them back on 11/2013 to clean my carpets and steam my travertine tile and price out for wood floor cleaning.

Today's 12/6/13 appointment was to seal the travertine time they forgot to seal during the last appointment in 11/2013 and to clean the wood floors. Against my better judgement I had hoped this service call would go well and the technician would be professional both in attitude and punctuality. Not the case. Once the tech showed up late at my door, he appeared in his demeanor to be agitated and was abit condescending towards me, even to the extent of threatening me, stating he was going to put me on a "BLACK LIST" as he walked away deciding not to do the work, which we were both in agreement of at that point.
Bottom line if you want punctuality and a professional attitude do not contact this company. The technicians act as if there paying you to have them service your home not the other way around. They continue to arrive late with both an condescending attitude, and unprofessional demeanor towards the customer. And this is an ongoing issue year after year.
