Dennis did a great job cleaning the travertine floor in my kitchen! It looks like it did the day I moved in! He was very professional and explained the procedure and pricing to me. I will be calling him again to polish my wood floors and kitchen granite.

The service was perfect. The technician was professional, answered all of our questions and told us what to expect. The carpets came our even better than we expected.
As my carpet is drying the stains are reappearing. Basically the man said he couldn't get most of the spots out because they had been there for awhile. I had read that Zerorez was good at pet stains and for $$ would take up the carpet and work on the pad and flooring. That was never offered or suggested. He just said he didn't think he could get them out. :(
Prompt, polite, throrough, professional and the service tech's obviously care about doing a good job and careful with the prep and during whole job. Extremely impressive.
Carpets get amazingly clean and stay that way..
Helpfulness of Larry. I was not aware that the movement of furniture was not included when I originally made the appointment. Unfortunately I only skimmed the email confirmation so was surprized when I reviewed what was to be done. Fortunately, I had already moved most of the lighter items myself because many of them were fragile. That limitation should be made clear at the time of the appointment.
Larry was excellent and very helpful and professional.
Did not show on original scheduled date due to truck breakdown. Showed up 1 1/2 late on the reschedule. Broke kitchen tile when leaving. Will never call again as my time is not that expendable.
Fresh smells citrus
Have a tool that cleans edges of carpet too. Also noticed shrinkage of carpet after drying.
