Larry was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He spent a lot of time stretching my carpet to make it right before cleaning it. The carpets looked great after they were cleaned.

carpets were little warped/rippled after cleaning. Letting customers know that it will smooth out as it dries . . . or that you will come back to smooth them out . . . would be nice.
