I like that it is easy to schedule, they are quick and professional and I always am happy with the end result.
Always pleasantly surprised at how clean the carpets are and stay after a cleaning.
Although the technician had to use the portable unit due to the Strict rules in my condo building, he was still able to use the alkaline water from his truck. To my surprise my carpet came out cleaner than I expected, I will definitely use zerorez again when I need my carpet cleaned.

The technician, Mr. Livingston, was very professional and the carpet cleaning results were amazing. I had quite a few pet stains on my carpet and he was able to remove all of them. Carpet looked like new. I highly recommend him.

The test area by the sales guys looked great, made the grout look new. When we had the service done you could not tell the grout was cleaned, they came back after I complained and no improvement. I feel this was a classic bate and switch, shown the Ferrari and sold the Yugo.

I have been a customer of zerorez for at least 3 years.i would like to see consistency in pricing for repeat customers. Each technician is diffrent, this visit in particular resulted in the technician complaining of back problems. I am a 54 year old female who had to assist carrying out 2 braided rugs for cleaning of 1 side each, that really could have been priced better or at least both sides of the rug could have been cleaned for the amount I paid. plus my water supply had to be used, because the van that was sent did not have its own supply. All in all not a happy customer this time around, in the future, renting a machine at the super market or home depot will do the same job for less money.

Your record keeping is a mess. You don't know where you are going or to who when I order a job. You don't keep your committments as to time or place. Love the job of cleaning my carpets that the technician did. I think the price is a little high compared to many other carpet cleaning companies.
Carpets are very clean and fresh with no residue. Pet stains disappear.

Technicians work hard to make sure the job is done well. We've had carpet, hardwood and upholstery cleaned by Zerorez over the years and always with good results.
It's "green" and doesn't void the warranty on my stain master carpet.
