Charge by square footage not by what is considered to be a room. We count our kitchen as
one room, but we were told it was 3 rooms. We expected to pay $114 ($99.00 special for 400
square feet), but the charge was $209.00. Your company did a good job cleaning the floor,
and we will use your services again when needed.

Cleaning method, courteous staff, prompt reply. I suggest you waive the $15 charge for good repeat customers and senior citizens as an incentive for repeat business and referrals.

If all your employees (or subcontractors?) were as good as the gentleman who came last time it would be a 10. Perhaps, a bit more reasonable prices also help.
