The tech's I have had are always professional and highly recommend the company and it's standards. They make sure you are completely satisfied when they are finished. As a person who has owned their own business I know that a business is only as good as the people who represent you. My last two service calls with your company have been outstanding.

so the result was excellent. I use zerorez as a cleaner in between the times I hire you to come out to clean.

I just had my carpets cleaned and they look like new. I had some problems with Zero Rez and I am happy to report that they listened to me and correct the problems. I have had my faith in Zero Rez completely restored. Their technition, Robert who did our job was the the greatest to deal with. He was listen to me and when I asked him to make sure a certian part of our carpets need special attention he lostened. I hereby resend my previous e mail and endores Zero Rez 100%. Thank you. Your technician, Robert Keith, did a great cleaning job on our carpet. Your cleaning method cleans better than any other method we have used and the carpet stays clean much longer. We rave about your company to our friends who are planning to have their carpets cleaned.

I have small children and a dog so it is really important to me to have my carpet cleaned on a regular basis. I really like the fact that there are no harsh smelling chemicals in the cleaning solution. Other than avoiding walking on the carpet until it dries, I feel comfortable being in the house during and after the cleaning and letting my kids crawl around on the carpet after the cleaning. Some companies have cleaning solutions that smell so strongly I need to stay out of the house for several hours after the cleaning.

It is an amazing cleaning process. Best of all, it does not attract dirt like other procedures. Brian Almanza was the technician who cleaned my carpet on Wednesday. He did such a great job that I have scheduled another appointment to have the rest of the house done on Jan 31, 2014. I referred my boss and he to was amazed at the process. I will continue to recommend your company to anyone in the need of the services you provide. Thanks.
