There is no residue on the carpet, the carpet feels fluffy and this is the second time we used Zerorez and I would not go back to regular cleaning companies
Told when my technician got there that they don't move furniture and I would have to pay $20 per room for them to move it. Would like to have been informed ahead of time about that. Felt bad that the tech had to launch into a lengthy explanation of how prices had been lowered and etc etc etc. I've never heard of carpet cleaners not moving furniture to clean. What is the point in cleaning around things? I know you sent an email but it too was quite lengthy and didn't read to the bottom where it told of your new policies. Suggestion: inform customers when they book a service of changes in policies. I was told it "took too long to do that on the phone". It is good customer service to do that. The technicians were very professional and did a very nice job of cleaning the carpets. Didn't appreciate that there were wet footprints on my hardwood floors after they left though.

People make or break a business and yours are outstanding! Pleasant, professional experience all-around. Initial contact with reservations representative was excellent as was the service provider. Young man showed-up on time for appointment and was courteous at all times. Of course all is lost if he didn't adequately clean the carpets - but he did an outstanding job! My wife was very pleased with the over-all experience and, bottom line, that's all that matters! We are 100% satisfied and will use Zerorez again. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
The carpet appears clean and fresh and it dried quickly, but when thoroughly dry, it was stiff to the touch rather than soft. I have no idea what you could do, but you might ask your research people to address the issue.

My carpet has some spots that feel like residue is in it and it is crunchy, and in the room where my dog had her accident I found some residue, but those spots are still wet
I have only used you once and that was just a few days ago. Everything looks bright and spot free but I can not say if spots will return soon. I have purchased your spot cleaner and am impressed that you give a lifetime of refills. Unheard of.
