The technician (on 8/23) was very unfriendly and very snobbish at the beginning of the service. He did improve though, after we asked him to have a better attitude. But, that already set off a bad start for our day.

The carpet was clean when the technician left. He was polite and did the job quickly.
He was willing to answer any questions that we had.
The appointment was easy to make and the technician arrived on time. He was very informative and did not try and "sell" me additional services. I am very pleased with how the carpet turned out and the fresh smell the cleaning process left.

Thorough and pleasant
Improve front office custermer service. We requested Sal to perform work. My wife was very specific and was assured the our request would be honored. Well, Gil showed up. When my wife spoke to the office, rather than solve the problem, she blamed it on us, "we could't accomodate your schedule." Never a call beforehand.
Gil did a good job, so we are satisified with the work.

The man who came was professional, worked quickly, and really got my filthy carpet clean.
Carpets left with residue/cleaning product and too wet. It has been 30 hours and carpets are still damp! Carpeting, where dry, feels stiff and "crunchy" under foot. Have used your service 3 times and this has NOT been our experience previously!!

I absolutely appreciate the amazing customer service...the ease of scheduling + shifting my appointment felt really good.
And, my tech Sal was incredible...he was super kind + helpful + did a thorough job.
The only problem is that I expected, after reading on the Zerorez site, that my carpet would not have residual brownish spots after investing in this environmentally conscious top notch cleaning.
Unfortunately, there are still quite a few brown spots on our carpet + our stairs. Pretty bummed.
Overall, our carpet is cleaner, but not up to the expectations I had hoped for when I heard about Zerorez.
