It was the most I have ever spent to clean my carpet, but if it is a matter of allergies which it is for my grandson, then I'll pay and recommend to others.
Justin did a great job. The carpet is still wet, though, so am leaving the AC on. Please be sure to follow up with the referral check to Cheryl Alberola as you mentioned. Again, thanks so much!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE....FANTASTIC LOOKING CARPET AFTER JOB WAS DONE!!
My kitchen tile floor doesn't even look like it was cleaned, the grout is still dark, just not as dark as it was. There are about 10 different areas that are still dark on the rest of the tile that was cleaned. Our friends came over to see the results and said they would not use this company because of what they saw on my finished work. The carpet came out beautiful, he removed all stains on it. I will not recomend this company to anyone. Now I have to get on my hands and knees to clean the grout and I'm no young spring chicken.
I cannot think of anything. I thought the service and results were great and the technician was very professional and answered my questions.
I was very disappointed that the guy that came to clean my carpet did not have botties on his feet when walking thru the living room and dining room that have wood floors. He left boot marks on my wood floor that I had to clean after he left. Other than that he did a fairly decent job.
I like the service overall, the tech you guys sent to my place it was very nice and friendly and did a great job on the carpet, i'm very happy with the service.

I initially chose zerorez because it is high-powered water and therefore pet and child friendly.
In addition to that I like that the serviceman will call
you within the window of time quoted and give you an exact time he will arrive
even though it is still within that window quoted.
I like how there is no fuss about payment. It is what it is and there are no surprises.
I had my service done on a particularly hot day, so my carpet dried completely, pretty quickly (1 day).
I liked that they respected my things and placed styrofoam blocks or plastic square papers under
different pieces of furniture. And another thing I liked was that they were able to remove some pretty harsh stains on the
carpet.

My carpets seem to stay cleaner longer and I like the idea of no product being g put bawling into the carpet. Professional staff.

Once the job was completed and dried, a number of stains that were not there before the cleaning began to show. I called the tech, he returned my call and promised to call me to schedule a visit to assess but he never called and the stains are still there. I would appreciate it if he would return my call to reschedule a visit to remove the stains. This has never happened before with traditional cleaning methods.
My tumbled marble kitchen floor was left dirty and with food remnants still under the toekick area.
In addition a piece of my grout area is now missing.
The carpet areas still smell funny and there are spots that were not addressed.
Smells good. Excellent results on my very dirty carpets. Good suggestions from the technician regarding future spills.
