Service man was professional, courteous, fast and efficient. We had an area that was particularly soiled and worn. It came out cleaner than I expected. I do need to repair a 2 foot seam in the area and wondered if you could recommend someone to repair the seam.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Not necessary disappointed but unlike the claim that there is no residue, I'm not sure I agree. I have had Zerorez clean my carpets for years and the first few days they look really clean but then the spots and unclean, dirty look comes back within a week. I guess one cannot expect miracles, maybe we need new carpets or maybe is is physically impossible to remove all spots and dirt. I keep using you because the service is good and don't think there is a carpet cleaning business out there that can clean the way you see in the advertisements. I am a little disappointed in the cost, almost $200. to clean 2 rooms and it only takes the technician less than 15 minutes! I would recommend Zerorez to others but also tell them not to expect too much more than what they would get from another steam cleaning company.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The entire service was a fiasco. First, equipment problems and had to wait for another van to show up. Second van had hose issues, so had to use my hose and water.

The service took 4 hours which was unacceptable.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I didn't feel that they did a very good jobon the carpet! Especially in the corners and at the edge of the carpet. The cleaner didn't do the job they were hired to do and as a result our kitchen and dining are tile didn't get cleaned; we ended up getting a refund! That didn't help get my floors cleaned!! We felt the cleaner didn't want to do the job because it would have required him to move the furniture back out that he moved in their from the formal dining room! I would not recommend Zerorez to anyone!!

Clean and no chemicals. The last time we had the carpets cleaned whatever they used made the dogs sick.

this is my second time using Zerorez. Both times the workers were friendly and efficient. Once again I was blown away on what a good job they did. I told them when they got here that my expectations werent high because the rugs were so soiled but i was so happy with the results.
