It cleaned well. However from the many times I have had others carpets cleaned. The times he used the machine went over the carpet wasn't enough and made me feel if some amount of pressure with two or three more swipes would have resulted in the carpet being much cleaner. I still will recommend your product used was real good. I am hoping it stays cleaner somewhat longer than the other companies products did. As time passes we will see if yours doesn't attract the dirt as fast.

What do you like about our products and services?

Very satisfied with the cleaning of the carpet and the technician who did it. My only concern is that I did not know there was an extra $15 trip charge. Other then that, I am very happy with the the outcome.

Great job cleaning our carpet. Dennis Smith was the man that came out and did the work. He was terrific! We'll ask for him the next time we need our carpets cleaned. I've already recommended him to two friends that need their carpets cleaned.

You're just too far from us. But something you can fix for future clients - there was still a big stain on my rug when it came back. That was disappointing.

I have been in costumer service for 36 yrs & The tech Sal was so pleasant. He really worked hard, he made sure I was happy.
I will most definitely recommend zero & hero Sal !!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

Daniel was very professional and called before coming to clean my carpet. He explained the whole process to us and did a very through job. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely use Zerorez again. My carpeting looks great!

What could we do to improve?

the kind man that did the work was wonderful Carpets looked fabulous.. HOWEVER... the wood floor cleaning was not what I expected... I was told you would use a buffer to clean them.. I really don't know what was used, because I was outside, staying out of his way... but I THINK I only saw a floor mop.. WHen he left, I checked the wood laminate floors and they were BLACK... I had to clean them by hand TWICE scrubbing hard to get all the dirt and grime up. NO reflection on this great employee.. I should have checked, and perhaps you needed to send him better equipment, because I am not sure what service I paid for.

I like that there is no strong oder in the cleaning products you use and carpets come out clean and dry quickly. Livingston was very pleasant and professional. I have used your company for three years and will continue to do so and recommend others.

Jeff Christensen and he's staff did great on our ceramic tile flooring. This is our second experience with Zerorez. Thier on time, their clean, efficient and reasonably price. Our tile floor looks amazing and the wife is very happy!
