The carpet looks great! David Valencia did an exceptionally good job. He was pleasant, worked really hard on the challenging prtions of the carpet and succeeded in eliminating spots that others could not. He is an excellent representative of your company.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician had to come back a second time because there were several areas that needed more attention even though I had specifically pointed them out on the first visit. There is still an area that is not to my satisfaction. It would require a 3rd visit. But from what I understand, I'm only allowed one visit beyond the original for dissatisfaction.

I like everything about your company! Technician was punctual; surveyed the rooms, got right to work. I had bad pet urine problem on side of one couch; he stated it may not come out. But the pre-treatment and final scrubbing did the trick. The odor is gone. My carpets are light-colored. Every dirt mark and stain were totally gone. I was concerned how long the rugs would take to dry. He said by evening. He was right. My daughter came over today and commented on how lovely the carpets look. So I will be calling on Zerorez regularly from now on. AND recommending Zerorez to everyone!
