The fact that there is no soap buildup. Carpets stay clean longer.

We have used Zerorez for the past four years and have been very satisfied with the service .
This year in particular the service man was very good ( I think his name was Darian ) as it dried much faster than last time, I would certainly like to have him the next time too !!
We use this company because of the natural way the cleaning is done without chemicals.

I like getting a call from the tech before he arrives to tell me when I can expect him. Sal did this and it was great.
I have dirt streaks on my upstairs hallway. Looks like an area of about three feet were missed.

They did a good job cleaning the carpets. The people who come are always very friendly, polite and professional.
Most all spots can be removed and generally, the carpet is dry by the following morning.
