I've always been very satisfied with the service I've received. I had spilled detergent on my rug about 2 months ago--couldn't get it all out. But, your process was able to wipe it out--looks great!

I particularly liked the technician Jose very personable and took time to move and clean really well. The product speaks for itself -- the only word I have is WOW!! I have a very light and older carpet it always looks new when done. Thank you

I like most that there is no residue on the carpet to pick up additional dirt & the tile/grout is almost like new.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I appreciated the effort to resolve the original problem, however, there are still issues with parts of the carpet sleeping dirty. And I'm now concerned about the number of times the crappers is getting cleaned.

I like everything about your services although this time an area that was cleaned does not look as clean as it should. When it was wet it looked fine but after drying you can see some larger spots that were missed. Other than that I am and always have very pleased.
