Because the technicians are polite, professional, speak English. The quality of the cleaning is excellent! I have 2 cats, a dog and teens and my carpet is 10 years old. It gets really dirty and Zerorez really makes it look good.

When I booked I had to argue with the telephone person regarding who we had last time. We had a man named Keith - he was excellent. We requested him again and she told me the man was not Keith but an Asian person named ?. I reassured her it was not. So I requested Keith. Who appeared? An African American person who we had never seen before.
He did an OK job but was not planning to remove night stands etc even though we had emptied them so they were very light weight.
I am reluctant to use you again unless we get whom we ask for.
