Great product. Professional and polite technicians.
Techs Rashad and Marcel take the extra time to ensure the job is done well. Competitors allocate only a limited amount of time and do not put the emphasis on a job well done. Zerorez cleanings stay clean longer and we never have to call you back for brown spots appearing as our whit carpet dries.

My carpets come out so clean. I bought white carpets 20 years ago and panicked when they were put in because I didn't think I could keep them clean. I have two horses, two dogs, and a parrot. I have been using Xerorez for many years and still have the same carpets for the past 20 years thanks to you guys.

Over the years I did my own carpet cleaning, tried other companies but overall found Zerorez the best. I like that the cleaning of our carpeting, rugs and furniture do not have any chemicals or residue. The carpets and rugs smell clean and our beautiful. Dennis was wonderful. He did a great job and made sure that we knew what to expect in the drying process and gave us foot protectors and furniture protectors.
Your online appt response is slow. The central call center that you automatically get transferred to when the local office is busy would be better if response time from local office is quicker. The technician who came to my house was great. Polite, hardworking and efficient. J Gonzales. Figure out your call center and you'll be golden.
