Great results, great service, competent technicians
Our couches and carpets had a fresh clean smell, not a cleanser or perfume smell. The technician was very professional and friendly!

In no particular order .... I like that your pricing is up front and I don't get an annoying sales pitch trying to talk me in to more areas. I especially appreciate the professionalism of your employees. Everyone has been great. I was so pleased with Gil yesterday, I posted before and after photos to my facebook page, along with your contact phone number with my recommendation for local friends to call you. These aforementioned things are what has kept me as a loyal customer over the years. I've never used another company since finding you.
What got Zerorez my business to being with is, I am very scent and chemical sensitive - and I have animals - so the fact that your products do not have soapy or harmful chemical, nor any kind of unpleasant or overwhelming odor. Speaking of products, it's also a bonus that free refills of your cleaning products are available. I use it ALL YEAR LONG. With a dog and two cats, I'm always tidying up spots here and there to try to maintain the carpet between having you out.

Robert is always informative, efficient, thorough and cares deeply about my satisfaction as a customer. He remembers what needs to be done and the unique elements that are related to this particular job. Though my carpet looks beyond saving when he arrives, after he leaves, the carpet looks new. I will not use any other carpet cleaning service.

The manner in which your technician, Brett, came out and did his job, he was responsive to our questions, did an excellent job in cleaning our carpets, knew his products and materials well, and was very customer service oriented. We felt that Brett was very professional. The product that we bought from him did an excellent job, because last night we discovered that our cat had vomitted, so I used the spot remover to clean up the spot on the carpet, and it did what is was supposed to do. All in all, we were very satisfied with both your products and service. Keep up tthe good work.

I believe this is the very best way to clean your carpets, because you use only water the carpets stay cleaner longer.

The products used were o.k. and service from the gentleman that came to out to clean the carpet was professional. Walked me through every step on the way of what he was doing. Gave me great recommendations on how to keep the carpet clean. I would definately use Zerorez again.

I like the fact that you don't use soaps and chemicals during your cleaning process. Our carpets are 16 years old and before we found Zerorez, we'd be using companies that would put a "bandaid" on our carpets but they'd look soiled a few months later. We don't wear our shoes in the house so our carpets aren't terrible for Zerorez to make them look new.
