How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After my carpet dried, there was a sticky film all over and although, most of that is gone by vacuuming many times, it is very stiff and hard. It seems like there is a lot of residue on the carpet and I have had my carpets cleaned several times.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have used you for years. I like that the carpet feels so soft and clean. This time however, the walk way into the bedroom was not clean. When it dried it was abvious it needed to be gone over again. Also, most the carpet was super wet. It took 2 days to dry while running the air conditioner. There were also spots that the carpet was so dry I wondered it they had been gone over at all behind doors and so on.

In this case, you went above and beyond the cal of duty. We have used your services and recommended them to friends for a number of years. This past week, we arrived at our San Clemente condo to find a leak through the ceiling from the second floor. Fortunately, we caught it at an early stage, but our area carpet under the leak was soaked and stained. We called your office and explained the situation. Eric cam out and picked our carpet up and returned it to your facility for cleaning and drying. Everything is back to normal now and we are not facing a very expensive carpet replacement. Your ability to respond to our urgent requirement was exceptional.

We have always been very satisfied with how well our carpets were cleaned.

However, this time we had 2 large lounge chairs cleaned also and the piping on one of the chair arms was not completely cleaned. I waited to comment until I was sure the chair was dry and I could be certain the darkness wasn't just moisture.

Sal did a great job and from now on I want him to come to my house to clean the carpet.
He took his time to make sure he ot out as much dirt as he could.
Last time we had some other guy and it was not nearly as good as this time.

Just had our annual whole house/and couch cleaning. Bill came to a whopping $515. Same house, same carpet. NEVER paid that much before. Carpet looks great as always, but I will be looking for a more reasonable company.
